Hey! ty and welcome! We are a nice chill community here. Glad to see ya stop by. We should talk more often. Man I so haven't felt like doing art but I've been getting a hankering for pixels but still not quite feeling up to doing em yet.

aww! Of course~ this place looks so chill!! Ah- yeah i dont have the motivation to do pixels again due to grad school lol But i've been thinking that maybe i can turn my pixels into stickers! Something i can do to earn real currency irl lol

But i still enjoy making pixels for fun!

redface well....I'm disabled and can't work. I may have little jobs here and there but my mouth gets me fired. I'm a full dependent. so I'll never earn my own moneys. so yea....

Ah understandable. There's times where I just can't not say something if someone is being way out of line. Yeah also same, been on disability before I was even 20 so ik the feel. Here and there I earn a tiny bit from art coms but that's rare and honestly I hardly feel up to doing art these days. Still waiting for the motivation to kick in so I can go on a nice week long streak again. Actually next week I might stream some pixel art with my sis.

I can't wait til my art can earn some money... that'll be exciting....

I attempt doodles at times. My painting stuff is put up rn, but I paint with acrylic. I make rubber stamp projects. That's it. so far.

Was depressed earlier but now I'm doing better. Just had a nice date night with my husband and got INCREDIBLE news today. We are getting like 4 or 5k for a lawsuit my husband won some years ago.

That being said, if you ever need to vent or not vent need a distraction, feel free to PM me. Depression just be hittin sometimes, and it's easier when you're not alone.

I used to work downtown in my city and I was starting to get more and more verbal harassment on and off the job, so I started dressing in a more typical manner. I have a new job now and it's in a much more arsty/diverse area so I think I'd be much safer, but it's been years and I'm anxious about it.

I'm so sorry to hear you had to endure verbal harassment on a regular basis... But I'm so glad
you're able to dress how you'd like again, yay!

It's hard to make any particular recommendations without knowing your favourite goth style(s) and
what your definition of "more typical" entails... But, if you're not already wearing all black on a
regular basis, I would encourage you to start doing so, as well as start incorporating more goth-
esque (skulls, bats, spikes, etc) accessories, such as necklaces, bracelets, belts, and rings.

I hope your goth-esteem returns soon, my friend!

Oooo - I like yours too! Iin reality - I am a pastel goth. Mint Green solo or on black or gray is what I live for.

Nice, I dig it too! I've always liked some aspects to pastel goth. The cutesy spooky things and of course the colors! Just never been a fan of a lot of the style, crosses, long tees etc.

Nods super fast in understanding. Absolutely get it ~ I don't have but.. maybe three of twenty five tees that have crosses?
