i'm not good at makeup personally. its always so hit or miss for me but matching eyes is a HASSLE ON GOD
i basically only wear lipstick and thats how i get by. i don't do eyeliner, barely wear mascara, no foundation. sometimes blush.
but yeah quote me if u ever find good stores cause i wish i knew. torrid is the only one that comes to mind and thats not really an alt store but it has some things...
For sure! I never cared to do mascara but I've always enjoyed eyeliner but it tickles like crazy when I try to put it on.

This is the last time I ever even attempted makeup. It was like 5 years ago and I was a bit chubbier back then. Idk wtf I was doing with that eye shadow.

Even then it had been a long time since I've properly done makeup. That's also my husband's favorite pic of me and he's had it as his phone background for a long time.
I do have a very old pic where I use to do makeup decently. I need to upload it and I may post it cuz I was rly pretty in the pic and I miss looking like that. ;o;

Ty! It was the first time I tried and unnatural color. Moira inspired! Not long ago I wanted to do the same but with purple instead of black but it was a total fail and now I just feel like keeping my usual black. Also got it touched up last night and trimmed and I feel super cute now. Maybe I will post a pic later if I can get a decent one.
Speaking of necklace, look what I was recently gifted!
My sisters new bf got it for me. It's from my favorite anime, Ergo Proxy! Him and I are both anime nerds so he thought to get me this. So sweet and it's so nice. It's actual metal and everything. I'm wearing it now.

Lol I wouldn't be too worried about getting it in your eyes. Makeup products are made to be nonharmful for things like that. It will prob just sting for a second but the moisture in your eye will immediately wash it off. Yeah I should ask my sis soon what makeup brands are good. o.o
I'm also trying to get my sis on Gaia so she can join us here in the thread. She's goth too but her style is more closer to victorian/lolita while mine is closer to trad.
