Does it have a lot of views? If you just got it from the drop and clicked on it, it may say it's soft. I often get that. You'll have 1 unique view, normal view, and click. And it'll say it's sick. Go ahead and let people see it so you can get more unique views and it'll be healthy again. Dragons can get sick from too many views, like we mentioned earlier, that one had enough to grow up but was days away from being possible, so it got sick. Others get it from not enough unique views for the number of actual views they are getting. So, when you first get the egg you can end up viewing it and getting it sick, only to look again and it's healthy.
