Really. Why is it all about money now? Why do you keep lying to us? You keep screwing us over, acting as though our dedication to this site is useless, so long as you keep getting money from us and sponsors. Is profit all that matters?
I kinda have to agree with NK Here.....I can't afford to be buying all the new cash items, or the MC's or much of anything now....and if you look in the marketplace, a Cash shop item usually is worth about 40k gold.....the cheapest cash shop fish itself is around 50k going all the way up to about 80k. So that really bothers me, and while I realize the marketplace is user run, it starts with the supply. I don't think I'll even do dream avi's, just because I can't keep up with inflation.

- You promised us that the battle system would be free. But it's not, and it won't be. There will be premium items that make you/the experience better, I can guarantee it. You could buy zOMG boxes that could give you a ticket to be allowed to play earlier. What the
hell, Gaia? Seriously? You're seriously that cruel? What about all of the users that have been here since day one and donated entire allowances to you - WILLINGLY - but can't now because they're in college and the economy is dying? They get screwed and have to play later than others just because they can't pay? That's cold. They've waited the longest. They want it the most.
Here is an example of something that I really would have enjoyed playing, however, like most other things, it requires cash that I don't have....The whole amount of time, I don't mind, considering it is new for this site, and it seems like it could take a while....

Money comes first.
I'm still pissed off about Easter. We could have easily had an Easter event, but couldn't, because too many people were working on the BS, which isn't even finished on time. AGAIN. You didn't have time to even give us a forum event, but you had time to make items that we could pay for via cash. You could have at LEAST put them in a gold shop, Do you realize that almost no one complained about having to pay for MCs? That's because it was acceptable and logical.
And before anyone says it again, the Easter event was pushed back because of Battle.

Just to clarify.
To be honest, if there wasn't going to be an Easter event, you should have said something....because, you do events for pretty much everything else, so it's assumed that you would do it for Easter....and it could have very simply been something like looking For eggs around town, or the site, to get people to interact more.

- Advertisements and Sponsorships.
- Work harder to get rid of the "illegal" ads. These are the ones over PG-13, the ones that get in the way of posting (the Circuit City ads), the ones with music, and the pop ups. I've seen the process for reporting these ads, and it's something that your average user won't be able to do, or want to do. It's a long, complicated process. Let mods work on them while browsing.
- Now that I understand how sponsorships work, I know that this isn't easy. But let's say you get four different sponsors and can only pick one. Please, please try to pick the one that would be best for your users. HSM 3 was a huge mistake. That's all I can say.
Aim for sponsors featured around anime, video games, and other things that your users express interest in. Check the forums more.
This one I'm starting to get a little upset about.....I just got a PM from a friend, and there was an ad about texting her, using my cell phone. ok, 1) I don't have a cell phone, 2) I don't have money to be spending on texting her, just like I don't have money for here, and 3) I don't like the idea of having ads in my private messages. - Give us a way to put in our Fishing game fish. That's why we wanted aquariums in the first place. You took that idea and twisted it around into something cruel and ugly; a mockery of your users. free aquarium, that we can put our fishing fish in. It can be completely independant of the cash aquarium if it has to be.
Ya....I didn't really pay attention to the whole aquarium idea, because it didn't really affect me, however even I knew that it was proposed that the tank would hold fish from the fishing game. Don't you think it's just a little unfair, to have that idea float around the heads of hopefuls, then have 90% of the fish be cash only? And worse yet...the only way to get fish is through Marketplace, Phin Phang, or Daily chance...Which leaves people like me, relying on luck, just to have a basic tank...

- You lied to us about never changing the gold prices, and yet you did.
- You said you would never interfere with the economy when we asked you to help lower MC prices, but you always mess with the economy. You added a tax; that's messing with the economy. You manipulate the Daily Chance in way that manipulates the Marketplace prices.
The gold price changes I don't mind. It happens in real life, so it might as well happen here. The thing is though, you should be following real life then too, and start increasing the amount of gold we earn. We still get that first post bonus, for threads and what not, and even though I don't post much, I know exactly how much it is. It's 50 gold, and it hasn't changed since I started here over 2 years ago.
The Marketplace should have some sort of control, because at this present time, the one item I want, Inari's beads, costs a minimum of 60k. How is that going to work for me? I can't get that high, and by the time I do, it will cost 120k. I know it will, it's what happened with all the other items I wanted when I first started...So I just quit wanting items, and grabbed would I could.

- Glitches and Features
- Listen to the users in Site Feedback and the Q&A who are finding major glitches, and then work fast to fix them. Word Bump took entirely too long for to fix and we are still disappointed about that. Just because the features are free does not mean they aren't as important.
I'm citing this, because for a long time, Word Bump was the way I made gold...and when that went down, I really had no way of getting gold, at least, no where near what I had been making previously. And the Unfortunate thing is, I'm still having trouble with it....and Jigsaw as well. So what do I do then? Both of my gold games are out, I have no Gaia Cash, and my dream avi gets farther and farther out of reach. Hell, any items are pretty well out of my reach now...

- Moderation
- This site is poorly moderated. Considering the fact that you don't even pay your moderators (as all sites don't), we think there should most certainly be more. We need more in the forums, and we need more working on things such as VJ and Towns, working to prevent cybering, scammers, and scripters.
Here is my biggest issue......To start, I can't really even find moderators....(Which may mean, I am blind, but still) If they are our link to you, they should be at the click of a button, not searching the entire site for one tiny little button to get you to a forum moderator......when your problem is scamming in a game.
I remember way back when I had just started, I had a problem to report to a moderator, but unable to find the right one, I messaged a forum moderator. The message I got back was upsetting. The mod just told me he wasn't the right mod to talk to, and that I should talk to the right one. I replied, that I didn't know where to find the right one, and nothing ever came back. Why is it, that the people who are supposed to be dealing with the problems on this site, care only about their department? Isn't that just a little wrong? He didn't even give me a name or link to the right mods, even though I told him I didn't know where to go.
Another question is, I reported someone for asking about where I live, and asking for my postal code. So what is going on with him? I have his name, I have the segment of conversation that has him asking me that, and I even have the code that was given to me as proof that I reported it. So honestly, I would
REALLY like to hear about what the hell is going on with that....because to be completely blatant, that guy could very easily be a child *****, using the postal code to track down their house.....so Gaia mods ******** WAKE UP (I know it's against Gaian ToS, but damn, it's kids they are dealing with.....Do your best to protect them)
That is the end of my rant......But Still I really am waiting to hear about the whole Mods thing......
And damnit, In technical terms, you don't give out the number for the phone, but AGAIN, That's TECHNICAL. You just do the work for them, letting Stalkers send a PM and a TEXT message.....Like seriously....You are connecting two people together, while still keeping hidden within technicalities.....You don't give out the number, but you do give out the access....
