The "dates" I went on with my friend were pretty close to dates.
The first time around I paid for our movie tickets, but we paid for our dinner separately (we took the broke college student route and got chinese food at the food court of the mall).
The second time around he paid for our chinese food and we paid for our movie tickets separately.

So I found out last night when I called that I had to work this morning. It's like I'm working either Sunday or Wednesday every other week, so it keeps switching. So I go in at 6 like I'm supposed, and I find out the internet isn't working which means we can't get to the price change information which is what I'm scheduled to do. So manager asks if I can leave early and come in to work on them another day. I stocked for 2 hours and am now home. But it gives me an additional 2 hours this week depending on how quickly I get the price changes done on Wednesday (since I'm doing specific jobs the next 2 days).
