Item Database Errors

Hey Gaians,

We recently pushed out a change to how we display some of our items, and while we do not believe there should be an impact on existing items, one potential error that may happen is that you could receive the following error when you're trying to view an item that already exists:

Quote:

Item does not exist in item database.

If you do receive this error, then please post the item name and the item ID in this thread.

Need to know how to find an item ID? Simply look up the item in the Marketplace, click on its listing, and take the last string of numbers in the URL. For example, here is a listing to the Angelic Halo:

The last string of numbers is "1404" which means the Angelic Halo's item ID is 1404.

Go to the market pace and typ Angelic Halo in, then click on it, and there you have the item. Probably the same with other items, you just need to know the right name, then look for it in the Marketplace.

there both new and i just assumed it was one item but both! ok so it's Jack's 2k15 Flask & goggles! confused (seperate items). also idk if i need the ID cause i got them as gift's from collecting candy, i worked hard to! stressed

My Limited Collector Item pass 6 x2 has turned into **not released** in my special tab after opening Collector limited item pass 5 today
Edit: been a few hours, just checked again now showing them as normal now

My new Ember the Spirited Fox Egg. Thankfully, the Kin still shows up in the game. I noticed this after moving the egg. My first egg shows up just fine. It says it does not appear in my Inventory. Might this be a similar error?

When I search for "Ember" in my Inventory, I am able to click on both and they show up fine.

I keep getting the error:
"Data Validation Error
The item was not found in your inventory."
with my items in the locker option of the inventory. I've already posted in the tech support forum, but then i saw this and wasn't sure if it was related or not.

New Kindred Radiance potion (individual potion) doesn't have tags, and you can't even find it by its name:

You can find the 3-pack Radiance Potion Bundle by "radiance" but not by "radiance potion bundle" because the tag used "potionbundle" as one word:
