Rose: *Gives a little bit of a sigh of relief.* Okay ... Yeah my mom's have some interesting features as well. Yarn tails, bread leg and rock formations. Each of them are a little.... Special? *He said not sure what the best word for it was.*
SUGAR AND SPICE! Phony's Name: Brioche (Bri for short // Both a kind of bread and stitching technique) 3 Personality Keywords: Naive, Outgoing, Clumsy Your 4 Rolled Ingredients: Rolling pin, Measuring tape, Stitch Markers, Cupcake Liners Entry:
It had definitely been a sort of 'spur of the moment' kind of thing, the young filly suddenly having the idea with a burst of enthusiasm. She had never really been able to thing of a permanent way to show her parents how much she appreciated them for bringing her into this wonderful world, but now she had finally thought of something. The perfect, everlasting present of which she would put her heart and soul into.
The only problem was finding the perfect mix of ingredients.
Scurrying the house whenever one of her mother's backs were turned, Bri had managed to scavenge an item or two until she finally had the four things she needed: A rolling pin, measuring tape, stitch markers (with wonderful little mushrooms hanging off them) and cupcake liners. As odd as they were, the unicorn knew she would be able to make them work, even if it wasn't going to be the easiest.
But no one ever said life would be easy. so she wasn't going to start taking shortcuts now.
Laying out every item in front of herself, Brioche began to put together the object she wanted to create within her mind, humming quietly to herself as she did so. Perhaps the rolling pin could go-- no...that'd never work...but what if...maybe...aha. A smile pulled on the filly's lips, her rather 'special' horn lighting up as she began to assemble the parts together. 'Two of those here...some of those there...one more on top...*Riiiiiiip*'"Done!" She suddenly exclaimed, bringing her hooves quickly over her mouth before starting up any suspicion. Wouldn't want anyone to see the surprise she had in mind now.
Soon enough, with the help of some magic, the unicorn was able to create...quite the wall hanger. And she was even able to stick it into the wall! How wonderful...eh, some plaster would be able to fix that up! All that mattered anyway was that she had finally made the perfect gift for her loving mothers! Granted at the cost of a decent measuring tape and rolling pin...but eh, surely they wouldn't mind. Now all that was left was to present her job to the ones in question!
Hopefully they would love it as much as she did!
((So yea, the rolling pin was used in the center and the cupcake liners cover the handles vuv She miraculously was able to stick the stitch markers onto the pin and keep them in place, along with ripping up the measuring tape to form some words on the wooden surface! Paper drawing because I really don't like drawing things online... this picture was also a little rushed but eh, I don't think I could have made it look any better anyway ;w; Hope you enjoy the words at least xD;; ))
Paper: -looks between his brother and Truths- sweatdrop "Uh Uh..so yes! Jolly Roger is a colt, he's green with an eye patch! He has a super big ship called uhh...s...something I'm sure I don't remember..." He tells about his newest friend to both of them, trying to distract him from snarking at each other.
Spica: ~she blinked~ "Yarn tails..? Like..their tail hair IS yarn..? That's a little strange..." she nods a bit. "But it might be very interesting to having mm..unique siblings right..?"
(( Hhhh-- //quietly tries to remember Sal's Hex code--))
Salvo:: *Casually tumbles on in and joins the group, having landed flat on her face and now rising back up while shaking off the dirt* Eh, sorry 'bout that. *mutters, blinking a couple of times before glancing around and noticing the colt* Oh, hey Truths! *smiles happily, completely unaware of the patches of dirt still stuck on her face*
((Oh Sal-- I worry about your outlook hygiene sometimes-- Also I just got my Larvesta to evole into a Volcarona hhhh--- //happy Voice noises--))
Rose: Well it sure look like it! I don't know, guess we have to see. *He gave a shrug and took another sip of his drink.* Good things can come in strange packages? *He said with a chuckle. *
Salvo:: *flinches away from the cleaning, pouting as she plopped down once it was over with* Could'a gotten it on m' own.. but i'm doin' fine, thanks. *once again smiles, turning her attention to the others* Who're these two?
((@Kitomyx: Thanks vuv. Time to kick a** and take names eue))
Hard Truths: *smirks* I'm sure you could have, but I thought I'd save us both the time of me trying to tell you where it was while you tried to guess. *looks to the flutters* Oh, them? This is Pancake and Paperweight. They're brothers. And this," he said, indicating the yellow filly to the flutter boys, "Is Salvo. Salvo...Overcast, I believe."
Paper: -rather glad to have a distraction, even if it is in the guise of filly he didn't know- "You know her..?" he asked Truths. His nose crinkled a little. "Actually it's Paper Lantern. That's just the uh...nickname that Truths gave me." He waves a little hoof at Salvo. "Pleased to meet you Salvo."
Spica: ~she beams~ "That's an excellent point. I really like that actually!" ~she titters to herself, repeating the phrase~ "Good things can come in strange packages.."
