Flatsales:
1. The price of the Magicreature is 5000g each.
2. The flatsales will be posted in the thread with the related information and rules.
Please do not try to claim a Magiwolf until the specified signal is given.
3. Once you have claimed a Magiwolf, YOU CANNOT WITHDRAW!!!
5. For 'newbie flatsales' owners who already own magiwolves (only counting v6) are not allowed to claim.
6. Only one magiwolf can be bought through flatsale per person. NOT PER ACCOUNT. If you have mule accounts don't use them for buying magiwolves.
7. Trades go to Magiwolves unless otherwise specified in the flatsale information.

Auctions:
1. The starting bid is 2000g. You have to start at this, no exceptions!
2. The minimum bid increment is 100g. Again, no exceptions!
3. The start and end times will be specified when the auction thread is created.
4. No co-owning!
5. Please do not edit your posts. If you want to increase your bid, do it in a fresh post.
6. Once you have won, send the trade and name your Magicreature. You have within 24 hours to pay or the Magiwolf will be passed onto the second highest bidder.
7. If there is an increment in the last 10 minutes, the Auction will go on for another 10 minutes. This is to avoid snipers.
8. Items are no longer allowed. Pure gold bids only. If you have items, sell them.

Raffles:
1. All results will be chosen using the Random Number generator in the relevent thread. This way everyone can see the result has been chosen fairly.
2. Tickets must be paid for before the Raffle is drawn. This is the only price you will have to pay for the Magicreature, so if you spend 10g for 1 ticket, for example, and win, you get the Magicreature for 10g!
3. There are no specific number choosing! Tickets are given out IN ORDER.
4. Once you have bought a group of tickets you CANNOT BUY ANY MORE UNTIL THE NEXT RAFFLE.
5. You must post in the thread the amount of tickets you want before sending the trade, or you will be denied the tickets and the payment taken as a donation ^_^
6. You are limited to 1000 proxy tickets per raffle. That is, you can buy up to 1000 total raffle tickets for your friends only.
8. Don't pester if the list is not updated automatically, it will be, don't worry!
9. If you don't win, no squabbling! Try again next sale! smile

[Magiwolves]

Background

The Magiwolves resembled that of lupus lupus or wolf, thus gave them the latter part of their name. The first part came partly from "Majik Island", where they were first seen, but also due to the magical properties that each magiwolf possesses. Each had their own source that they could draw from.
But of course all magic has its limits and vices, for example a Magiwolf that draws on the power of water is strong by the ocean, but crippled in a desert.

With the weaponry of a rhino, the males are very tough, dominant and aggressive. They have high stamina and endurance to help cover distance over rough ground. They are more nomadic then the females, and travel around their respective territories, patrolling, hunting and exploring the vast island.

With the weaponry of a unicorn, the females rely more heavily on their magical abilities than brute strength, with their long unicorn horns acting as amplifiers. Delicate in appearance compared to the males, but looks can be deceiving. They are elegant and proud of themselves. Some travel around the territories, but most always settle down in the end once they find a mate.




Packs generally are female-heavy as males tend to get fiercely competitive. Typically a pack would consist of 1 or 2 males, a group of females and their pups.


Current Development

With numbers dwindling due to the dangerous creatures that also inhabited Majik Island, Magiwolves faced extinction. In order to save the species, intervention was desperately needed.
Thus, the Gaian Magiwolf Reserve was created and built to create a haven that Magiwolves could grow up in peace without fear.

Note: Although the boundaries between areas is marked out with a grey line, there is no physical boundary, apart from where mountains are marked out in brown/grey. The Ceirra Mountain Range is only accessible via the grassy planes near Greymist Woods.

Types

The type of magiwolf you get depends on the colouration and origin. They now come in 3 groups: Nature, Energy, and Unnatural.
Depending on which catagory and subcatagory, they get their 'powers' and luck from different sources.

Natural Magiwolves:
These are magiwolves that draw on the power of animals, plants, crystals, rocks and the earth. These tend to be more naturally coloured, like real day to day animals. Earth "elementals" also go here.

Energy Magiwolves:
These are magiwolves that draw on the power of elements such as water, fire, and lightning, or draw on energy of a particular emotion. These will often be more colourful, but yet still themed to their "element"

Unnatural Magiwolves:
These magiwolves are split into 2 catagories.

Special: These magiwolves are all different and draw their powers from different sources, or some do not draw on any specific source at all. These will often be unique, themed Magiwolves that don't fit into particular elements. Such as foodstuffs or cosplays. Magiwolves that have been upgraded from a previous generation will be Special/Upgrade unless it is clear that they fit into a different type.

Seasonal: These magiwolves draw their powers from a certain time of the year. Such as Valentines or Halloween.

Domestic Magiwolves:
These Magiwolves are far too tame to survive in the wild, and have become domesticated.
They are usually identified by having clipped manes.
A domestic Magiwolf CANNOT be role-played with others currently, and like many domesticated animals, most Domestic Magiwolves are Neutered/spayed, so can never be bred.
These wolves are CUSTOM-ONLY.

Some facts about the Familiars:
-There can only be one Familiar per pet.
-Some familiars have a small chance of causing PERMENANT changes to the wolves. Changes will be explained per familiar, so choose wisely before attaching a Familiar that can change your wolf.
-Familiars can source your Magiwolves powers. (Good for seasonal pets)
-Familiars come in two types: Sentient and Non-Sentient.
--Sentient familiars can converse with wolves, and show as much intelligence.
--Sentient familiars have a chance of granting your pet an alternate lineart.
--Non-Sentient familiars act much more like wild animals, and cannot converse with wolves.
--Non-sentient familiars have a chance to grant your pets lineart edits.
-Familiars will mostly be RP or event acquired.

Please read through this FAQ first before asking questions. Chances are your question may have been answered!

Q. How can I get a Magiwolf?
A. You can get a Magiwolf through a great number of ways. Flatsales and Events are the most likely place for you to get one.

Q. Can I have one for free?
A. Unless you win one in a free event or you're gifted a puppy by a generous owner. No.

Q. Can I give one to someone as a gift?
A. Yes you can, as long as I know about it! You can only give an unowned magiwolf, ie as a baby or from an auction.. you cannot sell or give your magiwolves away once you have claimed ownership of them.

Q. How many am I allowed to own?
A. You can own as many as you desire.

Q. How much do they cost?
A. Magiwolves cost from 2000g for auctions, and 5000g for flatsales. Raffle Magiwolves vary on the ammount of Tickets you wish to buy.

Q. Can I get a custom?
A. Yes, but only when a Colourist is doing them, so watch the Colourist spaces! They will not be a common occurrence so be quick! Prices vary depending on the Colourist offering,

Q. Will you make me a completely new type of pet for a custom?
A. No.

Q. How do I breed my magiwolf?
A. To breed your magiwolf, wait until the breeding spot is free, then post the tag image links (this is the picture you get of your magiwolf containing all information) for both male and female. Then send a trade entitled 'Magiwolf Breeding- Page ...' with the page number indicated.

Q. Can I breed two Magiwolves of the same gender?
A. No.

Q. Can I sell my baby from the breeding?
A. No, you may however give them away as gifts.

Q. There's more than one magiwolf up for flatsale! Can I claim them all??
A. No, this isn't fair on others, you may claim one magiwolf per flatsale.

Q. Can I direct link my Magiwolf?
A. Yes, until they grow into adults. When they are adult you must save to your own server.
