Super annoyed that I just had to send my laptop off for repairs :/ I had had it for less than 6 months when the screen started having pixel errors, so now I had to send it to Germany to get the screen fixed )< I'm not a happy camper!!

That is why it is a good think to get the two year warranty on things like that

There has to be a 2-year warranty on electronics in Denmark (by law, I believe), that's why I chose to buy it here and not in London where I normally live - that was only a 1 year warranty.

So no, no charge, thank god!! I'd be furious, I got it late october, early november last year, so it was less than 6 months old when I started noticing the screen error :/

Seriously? Here in the US there are no laws like that. I got a 30 day warranty with my laptop. Extended warranties are usually $100+ extra.
