Yeah, I rarely say "good' morning. If I have to get up early to go to work, it can't be a 'good' morning.

Keli, have you tried a hot pack on your head. It doesn't always make my headache go away, but feels good and gives a little relief.

It depends on what kind of headache you have.
Cold = constricts blood flow
Heat = opens up blood flow

So...really either could work, just depends on the situation :3 If cold doesn't work try heat, and drink some water.

I don't get headaches very often at all, but when I do it's usually either eyestrain, a sinus infection, or a can of coke in my living room on a sunny day.

well i dont either but this is a sideeffect to some treatment im receiveing they said headach thats nothing this is more on the lines of brain spliting migraine D: that wont go away D:

Maybe you could check with your pharmacist to see if there are any painkillers you can take safely with your other medication that might help your headache. <3
