These phantoms are the common kinds of Phantoms through out Arc Nova, depending on their danger level they are handled accordingly among stronger students. The class of "Nameless" comes from them not having names themselves and needing to be given one.

Storybook Classes
These are Phantoms that draw inspiration from Fairy Tales or mythological legends and heroes, these Phantoms are extremely deadly and often work on special missions from the King Phantom. Will be labeled accordingly to their origin of story. Having possession of Wilhelm's Grimoire they are able to find the names of each Phantom within his fairy tale stories. Each one is labeled however not all have been seen. Not all of these Phantoms are evil however and some even ally with the people of Arc Nova.


Beowulf - Described as heroic warrior of strength and bravery now a berserking madman of fury his sanity is all but gone...he desires naught but destruction in his wake...

Lucifer - Any person who meets this Phantom dies. It constantly changes locations commanding the Phantoms as the King Phantom's main general so to speak, Lucifer is also able to communicate directly with Nuah despite being a Phantom, it seems to be someone Nuah knows as well...

Wendigo - Lives in the forest south of Alfheim City, Wendigo is very fast and speedy often closing the distance between him and his targets extremely fast and shredding them with his ice claws. Wendigo will stay in any place that is cold and can even whip up snow storms for devastating effects on the area around him. Wendigo was slain by Lion's hands during the events of 1.5.

Alice In Wonderland

The White Rabbit - This small Phantom showed up with the Queen of Hearts during her attack but was not destroy or captured and escaped, supposedly he is the key to Phantom resurrection...

Card Soldiers - Loyal soldiers to the Queen of Hearts, making up a small army they are very easy to destroy however it is their numbers that make them the most difficult...All of them were destroyed in the attack by the students.

The Tweedles - Followers of the Queen of Hearts, they often lead her main army of Phantoms, they were slain by Marcus in the events of Part 1 during their attack on Crux.

Jabberwocky - The loyal dragon of the Queen of Hearts, this vicious beast took on the form of Alice after it killed her...despite it's previous actions it seemed to feel guilt for what it had done even going as far as to trick the entire school and befriending people such as Oz and Celene. When she faded Nuah gave her the chance to be reborn...as the current Alice.

Bandersnatch - A powerful Phantom and follower of The Queen, this Phantom was defeated by Oryx during the attack on Crux much like Jabberwock and the Tweedles.

The Queen of Hearts - The leader of the Card Army that attacked Crux and commander of many powerful Phantoms, she was killed by Oz towards the end of the attack and with her death marked the end of her attempts to destroy the school as soon after her people fell...

Cheshire Cat - A strong Phantom capable of realistic illusions, despite her carefree personality she has a sadistic nature which is unleashed on those who would hurt Alice...despite Jabberwock's actions she has forgiven her for killing Alice and has vowed to keep the new Alice safe.

Alice - The new Alice, formerly known as Jabberwock, due to her reincarnation as the new Alice she is unable to use her dragon form identity of Jabberwock but she has inherited Alice's powers.

Mad Hatter - Alice's most trustful companion, they never seem to part ways and he always likes to offer others tea or wish them a happy birthday even if it is not their birthday.

One Thousand And One Nights

Aladdin - A powerful Phantom capable of summoning two Djinns, one from a ring known as a Lesser Djinn and another from a lamp known as a Great Djinn.

Ali Baba - Ali Baba Saluja, a powerful and skilled warrior who is famous for having stolen a bag of coin from a cave. Being an expert at swordplay Ali Baba is often accompanied by his servant Morgiana who is even deadlier than he is...

Morgiana - The loyal servant and daughter in law of Ali Baba, she is known by many in the stories as saving Ali Baba from a thief via plunging a knife into the man;a heart when he had been invited for dinner.

Unclassified
These are Phantoms that do not fit any particular classification and are often very harmless or very dangerous depending on who it is referring to, they are often the ones that come with actual names all on their own and will introduce themselves or are similar to others that do not have a thought process.


Jack-O-Lantern: This Phantom is truly bizarre and nonsensical and does not appear to follow any one consistent pattern, it seems to have a goal of taking over the world but is usually too comical and harmless to pose any legitimate threats...on some occasions however she has been seen scaring children but at the same time investigation show her leaving candy in their rooms at night.

The Keeper - The Keeper is well known to drag people from their nightmares, Nobody knows it's true appearance. Inside the nightmare it has a massive size and the dream land around the creature is a barren wasteland covered in corpses and remains of those it has killed up to this point, it's weakness is to break from the dream by waking up.

Ounaga-Vei - A violent creature that roams the outskirts of most cities and roam freely unless ordered otherwise, Ounage-Vei wields duel swords and has a berserk fighting style as well as being fond of breaking enemy weapons.

Lantern - Lantern is rather passive and often leaves people alone. However entering his territory marked by an appearance of red slime is taboo. Lantern is odd in the sense there are reports of his red slime territory all over the world and regardless of where or how long his last attack was he seemingly always appears when one steps into the territory...

Fang Reaper - There are 2 of these and they have appeared in Camelot City and Neverland City, Never seen in Wonderland City therefore no information.

Jester - Jester is incredibly agile often decapitating hunters as a method of killing and leaving their heads pinned to a wall. No further intel.

Beatrice - Unpredictable, Orders are to attack on sight, will try to feign innocence. No further intel.

King Class
The King is a massive orb of dark energy that exists atop the ocean, efforts to get close have proved ineffective. No further intel.


The Egg: The Egg is a massive sphere of mana, it is orange in color as it is currently holding all the world's life and air. When it is destroyed it is theorized the life will spring forth and destroy all the miasma. Despite their efforts however an entity of black appearance that ran off at the conclusion. It has been determined by Lion that this thing is the growing entity inside the Egg...and it is the King creating more Phantoms albeit at a slower pace than before without it's miasma covering the world.

Theme of the Apocryphas - You're Not Me
The Apocryphas are Ryner's people. Each one is not true evil nor in a way terrible people. Each of them are people that have suffered fates and unlike us were never helped and fell to their own suffering before they joined up with Ryner. Each of them have awful histories prior to what they do now and each will be revealed as they die.
You may choose one to kill. Two per RPer, (I only have one for each of mine cuz plot reasons)



Apocrypha # I - Dead
Wraith: Wraith was a famous researcher named Miria Vanial, rejected for her theories on phantom and life co-existence her life fell to shambles. She lost her husband who left her due to her failure and the mocking. Her family disowned her and she lived her life alone, she hated the world...she wanted her happy ending back. And then Ryner appeared offering her a chance, and she took it...Wraith was killed by Sylvia via impalement on her scythe. Her dying words were cursing the world to be destroyed...

Apocrypha # II - Dead
Shiakura Sai-Li: Shiakura was a famous general for the Shin-Bai Military in Shangri-La City, she led many soldiers to immense victories during her time as a general. On a routine mission she was defeated by her own subordinate...he left her to die by the Phantoms hands and returned alone claiming she died in battle. His reasons for doing so was to gain more power in the military...Shiakura though this was it...the end of her life. Ryner saved her from the oncoming Phantoms and recruited her into his forces...

Apocrypha # III - Dead
Rekki Hallow: Rekki was a young boy at Crux for some time, he had everything he needed to get by using his money to pay for his sister's illness treatments. However it came to be expensive and he could not pay for it...he turned to the mafia for assistance telling them he'd work for them if they paid him enough to treat his sister. They agreed...Little did he know one of his targets would be the home of his family where the goons murdered the entire family, In a rage Rekki raised a hand to them but was shot several times and left for dead, Ryner came along offering him a chance at life anew and he took it...Oryx was the one to end Rekki's life and upon hearing the story behind his life tracked down and killed the mafia leader...

Apocrypha # IV - Dead
Vlad Templar: A nobleman from Avalon City with all the wealth he could ask for Vlad would use his immense wealth to assist with various things around the city, he was immensely kind...however it was taken for granted. They asked for more, more and more of his wealth. So much it became impossible for him to pay for it all and when he could no longer pay? They branded him a liar for the sudden fall of Avalon's wealth and security...they burned his home reducing him to a groveling homeless beggar...his life destroyed as he fought just to eat for the day was found...by Ryner.

Apocrypha # V - Alive
Alpha: Said to be the greatest mag-tech creation of the era, Alpha was the first mechanical being able to cast spells, she grew up with a boy named Lion visiting her often and he even removed the chip that limited her emotions and mind. However this caused disappointment to her creators who abandoned her to rot and stripped her of some core parts leaving her to die...She was saved by Ryner who offered her a place at his side. Alpha is the only surviving member of the Apocryphas and currently lives in Camelot City with Lion.

Apocrypha # VI - Dead
Scilia Blanchete: The maiden Scilia, she was a mute who could not speak and as such her family tossed her aside. They had no use for a daughter who could not join the family as a songstress...cold and alone Scilia wandered until she found out she can use magic to project a false voice and use this item to earn a good paying job as a singer in Atlantis City, she was happy...until her manager found out she was not actually singing...and fired her. Once again alone with her false voice Ryner offered her a place at his side...

Apocrypha # VII - Dead
Alvis Rotercheste: One of the top marksman in the Sueca Military and an esteemed assassin Alvis was shot in a mission by an enemy and left by his team to die. Alvis struggled to survive wanting to go home to see his wife and daughter only to discover one of his friends from the team had gotten together with her...feeling he had no place in this world he attempted suicide only to be stopped and given a place by Ryner...

Apocrypha # VIII - Dead
Lucas Alibaster: Lucas was abducted at birth by the Alibastian Government to be used for cruel experiments that would be later used on people like Oz as an attempt to create the most elite killers. Lucas became to severely hallucinate his entire life from so many cruel experiments and would even perform bodily harm on himself such as smashing his face against the wall and clawing at his own flesh and on some occasion eating it from lack of food...Ryner saved him from this fate giving him a place as the 8th Apocrypha.

Apocrypha # IX - Dead
Sin Veladini: Sin was sold as a slave to a Circus Owner and forced to perform highly dangerous stunts for the entertainment of the public. All smiling as if nothing was ever wrong with her life, leading a lie while on stage...Sin would be repeatedly beaten during the night if she did not perform properly or messed anything up...and on occasion other things of a sexual nature...Sin was saved when Ryner murdered the owner and took her as an Apocrypha.

Apocrypha # X - Dead
Eclipse Ruin: Eclipse was a powerful fighter that was forced to fight against other Ghouls in twisted 1 on 1 battles to the death, for the entertainment of many Vampires. Eclipse was undefeated for years until she encountered a strange Ghoul by the name of Ryner who defeated her easily. However instead of eating her he killed the entire audience with the aid of 9 other people and took her on as an Apocrypha.

Apocrypha # XI - Dead
Nikolai Flannigan: Nikolai was the kind teacher of a local elementary school, he loved his students with a passion and only taught Demons as he felt nobody else would give them the kind care they needed to become good people in society, they all loved their teacher and promised they would be good people and always be like him...until the military felt that was not good enough, they massacred the students after a recent killing by a Demon which resulted in the genocide of the students...Nikolai having lost his only joy in life swore hatred upon this corrupt world and was brought in by Ryner...

Apocrypha # XII - Dead
Rune Hrist: Rune was a normal person just living his life as a college student and working at a cafe part time. Day in and day out he lived the same routine life and going home to his roommates. Just and ordinary life...until one of his roommates lost control of his mind as a Deminiquis and brutally murdered the residents only to be stopped just before killing Rune, discovering the truth that the police had stolen his friend's medication in order to have a reason for a execution for the Deminiquis, Rune was furious and joined Ryner when the offer came...

Ryner Grimm: Ryner is the leader of the Apocryphas, he is a manifestation of the real Ryner by the King Phantom as a projection it could use to cause as much chaos as it wanted from within the egg. Ryner would recruit the Apocryphas as a method of making them kill people using their painful lives as a method of control and likewise force the students of Crux to kill people who were not terrible people...

Zodiac Phantoms: Active

The Zodiac Phantoms are the 12 Phantoms that have been serving the King since the First Summoning. Albeit most have long vanished since his release from the egg and hidden among others in society in a humanoid form...The Zodiacs are shown to have the most understanding and humanity compared to others and has raised major questions as to what Phantoms are in truth...



The 1st Zodiac- Missing
Sign: Aquarius
Unknown: Aquarius is the Zodiac of Ice, Aquarius has frozen and devastated many armies with it's power during the Miasma War. During the miasma war it claimed the lives of many people...Aquarius was defeated and fell into the deepest ocean and sunk downwards, it is said to have died but no body could be found or located...it is currently missing.

The 2nd Zodiac - Dead
Sign: Pisces
Unknown: Pisces is the Zodiac of Water, Pisces was known for attacking Atlantis City and destroying portions of the barrier, It seemed to work closely with Aquarius and coordinated attacks with it as well. When the barriers came down it set its sights on attacking ships. Pisces had appeared in Atlas City against Olivia Aurora & Lucas Runevelia, as the culprit behind the Kraken's aggressive behavior. Despite his efforts against Olivia and Lucas he was eventually defeated and slain by Olivia's hands. Olivia remarked he seemed to be in a weakened state, and was not fighting either of them with his full power.

Sign: Aries
Unknown: Aries is the Zodiac of Wind, It attacks airships that pass over it's residence. It does not attack cities like the others for some reason however and tends to stay in his solitude...It is heard grieving as if something close to it has been killed and constantly talks of finding his close friend...Aquarius.

Sign: Taurus
Unknown: Taurus is the Zodiac of Earth, it was never seen during the final battle but appeared shortly before as a distraction until it was defeated and escaped...Taurus always attacks Camelot City for some reason but is repelled each time...Taurus harbors a deep grudge against the people of Camelot as to why however remains completely unclear and unknown.

Sign: Gemini
Unknown: Gemini is the Zodiac of Lightning, he wanders the deserts outside of Eridu City and occasionally attacking merchants or wary travelers and devouring them, growing in size each time to the point it is now as big as a Rook Class Phantom.

Sign: Cancer
Unknown: The Zodiac of Storms, It was seen during the final battle and defeated, however much like Aquarius no body was found after the fight...Cancer was known for it's attempts to destroy Neverland City and was successful, had it not been for the egg's destruction it would have ended many lives...Cancer constantly creates storms around the bloodied sea...

Sign: Leo
Unknown: The Zodiac of Fire, it was seen during the final battle where it destroyed most of the enemy forces and slaughtered hundreds of soldiers. Leo was never seen again after the final battle nor has it's existence been recorded to this day afterwards, Leo was very aggressive in nature and was never defeated in battle, Leo Alvis wishes to fight this Phantom because they share names.

Sign: Virgo
Unknown: Virgo is the Zodiac of Illusion, It can create things that feel real when they strike you but are not...Virgo has never been seen again, However it has been reported by many soldiers to attack their squads however due to their minds being far gone to insanity it is never known to be true or not...Virgo is responsible for many deaths in the barriers as it could pass through with ease or attack from the outside.

Unknown: Libra is the Zodiac of Time, It can mess with the perception of time of those around it. Libra has been seen many times after the egg hatched but due to it's power it has slaughtered all Hunters that have come after it...It has come to a point where it has been given up on killing and people of the cities simply pray they aren't it's next target...

Sign: Scorpio
Unknown: Socrpio is the Zodiac of Death, it's stinger can end someone's life with a single stab or slash, was seen in the final battle, has gone into hiding. Scorpio appeared recently on the outskirts of Wonderland City but was subjugated quickly by Sky Paladins, the Phantom fled when it realized it could not win.

Sign: Sagittarius
Unknown: The Zodiac of Space, it can warp it's arrows all over for instant hits on anything it targets, they can be avoided but it is very difficult. Was seen during the final battle but has gone into hiding. It is beleived that Sagittarius is the most faithful follower to the leader known as Capricorn and is in charge of gathering the other Zodiacs to reunite their group and launch more attacks. Has been seen showing the most understanding of life compared to others.
