One such attack on Colony 9 lead to the death of a close friend and Shulk, wielding the Monado, sought revenge. His quest lead him all over the Bionis and Mechonis, as well as changing his goals from simple revenge to regaining peace between the two worlds. After his quest came to it's end, Shulk kept himself busy until a rift opened in front of him. Unaware as to what would happen, Shulk entered the rift, attempting to uncover the cause and stop it. He began to fall, and eventually blacked out.
After the incident in Megakat City, Shulk took his leave to search for a way back home. Traveling by himself, he came across a new city. Perhaps this place would be key in finding the means of returning.

Gaia Screenname: woodz dragon
Name: Gaige AKA The Mechromancer
Series: Borderlands 2
Age:18
Species:Human
Starting Location: Lumiose City
Side:Neutral technically but tends to drift more toward good than evil.
Personality: Energetic, excitable, semi-anarchic, peppy, moody, possibly deranged.
Powers/Items:
ECHO unit: Gaige has a class 12 ECHO unit. It acts as her backpack, storing weapons and ammo. Also grants her a HUD to keep track of her health, shield power, ammo, and location via a built in mapping system. Also acts as a two-way radio.
Shield: Gaige has a shield unit that can absorb some damage for her before breaking. Once broken, she need to avoid being hit for two turns before her shield begins to rebuild itself at a slow rate. Incurring damage while it rebuilds stops the rebuilding process. Can rebuild itself before breaking under the same conditions. VERY susceptible to electric damage. Any damage taken that exceeds shield power is taken from Gaige's HP.
Weapons: Gaige carries seven weapons on her person, keeping one in hand at nearly all times. The others except her Claw Hammer are stored until equipped.
-Repeater-
A pistol made by Dahl. Fairly weak but is very stable. Holds 14 rounds in it's clip and Gaige can carry a total of 500 rounds at any given time. Fires in a two-round burst.
-Home Security-
A shotgun made by Tediore. Fires six shots in a cone shape in front of her. Decent damage, but poor accuracy. To reload, Gaige throws the gun. It explodes on impact and a new gun is formed in her hands with a full clip. Any ammo remaining is lost when thrown. Holds five shots in it's clip and Gaige can carry a total of 100 rounds at any time.
-Chinook-
A sniper rifle made by Jacobs. Very powerful but has a slow fire rate. The clip tops off at six rounds and Gaiga can carry a total of 72 rounds for it.
-Projectile Convergence-
A sub-machine gun made by Hyperion. Very weak shot for shot but very high rate of fire. It's equipped with a stabilizer that increases it's accuracy as it fires. Gaige can carry a total of 720 rounds for it at any given time, and the clip can hold 25 rounds.
-Defender-
An assault rifle made by Dahl. Decent damage and fire rate, also quite stable. Fires in a three round burst. The clip tops off at 15 rounds and Gagie can carry a total of 560 at any time.
-Boom-

-Claw Hammer-
A normal carpentry hammer she stores on her belt. Used as a quick melee attack.
Summon Deathtrap: Gaige's action skill. She uses the portable digistruct unit built into her arm to call up her killer robot to fight alongside her for five turns. Deathtrap can act independently from Gaige, attacking foes with it's claws, or powerful laser and electric beams. Once five turns pass and Deathtrap fades or if Deathtrap is destroyed, this skill goes into cool-down for eight turns or until enough time passes. Deathtrap is heavily armored and can fly. Also is vulnerable to acid.
Passive skills: Refer to this picture for her skill trees and skills used.
Cooking up trouble: Gaige regains 2% of her HP when her equipped weapon has a full clip.
Fancy Mathematics:
The lower Gaige's health is, the faster her shield rebuilds.
Potent as a Pony:
Increases Gaige's and Deathtrap's max HP.
Myelin:
Increases Gaige's shield capacity and resistance to electrical damage.
The Stare:
Allows Deathtrap the laser attack that burns enemies previously mentioned.
Strength of five Gorillas:
Boosts Gaige's and Deathtrap's melee damage.
Second Wind:
When Gaige's HP hits zero, she doesn't immediately die. She has one turn to either land a kill on a foe or have an ally bring her back to her feet either by healing her or literally pulling her up before she dies. Her shield fully charges and she regains 25% of her HP. However, if she goes down a second time in one battle, she's toast.
Bio:Gaige was a student on the planet of Eden-5 with a knack for mechanics. She was rivals with another student, Marcy Holloway. Marcy was the typical rich girl with an ego to match. Both were competing in the Eden-5 planet-wide science fair. This is when Gaige conceived the design for a DT unit, an anti-bullying robot. When Marcy caught wind of Gaige's plans, she ratted her out to the principal, claiming it would be too dangerous. With this, Gaige retooled the DT to be less dangerous....that is until a few days later. Gaige found out Marcy copied the plans for the DT and sold them to the corrupted police state. With burning rage in her heart, she once more retooled her DT prototype to be the best self-defense robot ever built, renaming it to Deathtrap.
The day of the fair, Gaige came in third place with her design. Marcy came in first, only because of her father bribing the judges and not the faulty DT she presented. To prove her superiority, Marcy shoved Gaige. Deathtrap recognized Marcy as a threat and reacted, striking her with enough force to kill her instantly. Gaige was escorted to the principal's office. She was faced with expulsion and becoming imprisoned. Calling her dad to set up a distraction, she escaped. Purchasing a shuttle ticket, she set off for Pandora, hoping her inventions would be better appreciated there.
Once on Pandora, she meet with four others whom were tracking down something called the Vault. With enough promised riches inside to set all of them for life several times over, it was too much to resist. Gaige joined them as a Vault Hunter. This plan for riches came to a screeching halt when the train they had boarded exploded, a trap devised by the Hyperion Corporation President Handsome Jack. Surviving the explosion, the hunters were met by a CL4P-TP unit, also called a Claptrap unit. Escorted to the city of Sanctuary, they joined the Crimson Raiders, a resistance group opposing Jack's ambitions to dominate Pandora for his own ends, led by a former Vault Hunter named Roland. Though Roland did not live long enough to see it, the Vault Hunters succeeded in stopping Jack's plans to control the powerful Warrior, what was actually in the Vault, and ending Jack's life. Collecting the spoils of war from slaying the Warrior, Gaige began to feel ill which hadn't happened since her arrival on Pandora. She felt herself become increasingly weaker and her vision began to fade until she blacked out. The last thing she heard was her friend Axton yelling out her name. She would come to in an unfamiliar place.
By the way, back where she's from she has an 820,000,000,000$ bounty for unauthorized creation of technology. But no one on Iraphos knows that......yet.
Three months had passed since her arrival, and no means of getting home were to be found. She cose to stay with an ally she met, a woman by the name of Martel, until a means of getting back to Pandora can be found.
