Welcome to the city of Paragon, where the perpetual steam and smoke wend their cloying way through streets both modest and grand. Where factions stand on the brink of civil war, waiting for the merest spark to set off the powder keg. And where, for the right price, anything can be bought; except, perhaps, a way out.

That it hasn't changed any and she uses the same adjective - not commonly used to describe a strictly utilitarian thread - would indicate a reference to it rather than pure coincidence.
