Starting this beast up, I had been worried
that people might be extremely
hesitant to play two characters but
people seem to enjoy it so I am happy.

Yeah, it seemed a little daunting at first, especially in the profile planning stages. But once everything is fleshed out and they characters are actually interacting, it all flows really well. I've always found I preferred writing dialogue, anyway.

I was actually more or less inspired by Roberto and Jean-Marc's banter to make a familiar that Tanya could have a similar relationship with. I mean, yeah, a vampire makes sense for the leader of the Watchers, but it's an added benefit that they can have a bit of back and forth. And other stuff too, I guess.

each other is pretty fun.

Secret romances that shouldn't happen are very nice.

Oh, I don't think it's romance, exactly. More like friends with benefits. That's a horse of a different color. Totally different. Much more PC. As long as the two people don't actually love each other, no one thinks it's an abomination. Am I thinking of the right thing? Yeah, pretty sure I am. I mean, look at True Blood. Bill and Sookie. Absolutely no one has a problem with them dating. 5 seasons now, and it's constant smooth sailing.

Yeah, for Jean-Marc it isn't the fact that it's taboo but the fact that he's in love with a ******** idiot that keeps him from actually telling Roberto.
But I mean. ******** are always very nice is what I mean to say.

Void sounds like a good compromise. That way, his character isn't dead if he ever feels like stepping back in.
