When I'm using the profile skeleton to make my profile, I'll preview it in the PM's to make sure I didn't screw anything up. A lot of times I'm either getting extra tags, lists, or something won't turn the right color or something. I should still just send it as is or what?

Send the profile as it is. Don't worry about the coding. Pms don't are not updated to handle the coding and same with guilds as well. Don't know why, but that is how it is.

Essentially what the others side. They are the representation of the Guild. The king brings in the presiding lords of each major territory every year to help maintain control over the Dukes/Archdukesand and to understand developments throughout his country. This practice was put into place after the Shaysaren Rebellion because of the damage caused to Shaysaren putting the king himself in a weakened state. I will try to explain this as best as possible, without rambling hopefully, in the King of Avilion's introductory post.
