Shouldn't it be a 2px inner boarder, not outer? because otherwise your size should be 152x254,
to compensate for the additional 4 pixels to either side.

Basically to have an outer boarder in photoshop (and I believe most makeshift online editors) you need to make sure the image you are adding the board to is smaller than the canvas. Adding a outer board adds additional pixels, meaning the final size will be 154x254.

Inner board adds a inner board to the image instead of around. So if your image is cropped to 150x250 (the size of your canvas) you want to add an inner board not an outer boarder. Unless you crop the image to 148x248 so you can add an outer boarder and see it.

Second, its my bad. I didn't mean that the picture and boarder together have to be 150x250. So you're right, the image will be 154x254.

Oh yeah Vocaroo is something I use often when I don't feel like typing / want to get a message out quickly. I use it as a GM in RP's sometimes just to get an idea out to people fast.
