- We started our journey in the Phronwood. The Blue Caravan and subsequent Slave Traders stopped to rest for the night before heading off into the mountains. In the middle of the night, bandits attacked! It was a mess in the darkness, and as a result of the battle, many died. One bandit stole a wagon with a lady inside of it. One Slave Trader gave away the position of our princess in order to save his own life, and one woman was discovered wandering about after the battle. All four were taken hostage, while a lone injured bandit was taken by the caravan.
On the bandit's side, one assassin dared to defy his leader and killed them, making him the new bandit leader. The second Slave Trader is currently hunting for her partner with limited success. The caravan struggles to continue through the mountain range, damaged and missing its most precious cargo. Will they recover their bounty quickly, or will it be yet another wild goose chase?!
Positions:
Blue Caravan - Trekking slowly through the Racluear mountain range.
Slave caravan - Following the Blue Caravan.
Bandits - In a vast, secret mountain cave.
Five people are being held captive by bandits: Justine Duberry, Charlotte, Amir Malik, Aria and Norah Vis.
Jeroh - The new bandit leader is conversing with the captured.
Sailiern and Sarafina - Having a confrontation of their own somewhere in the mountains close to the bandit base.
Caravan Leader - Catching up with his wagons, with bandit Selina in tow.
Guards: Casey, Cale and Mella are still close to the caravan. Nesa is accompanying them.
Slaves: Thanh, Will, and Panyin forced to sit inside of a dirty slave wagon for fear of death.

There have been a multitude of escapes since the last update.
1. Selena, the bandit, escaped from Athelstan's care.
2. Charlotte, the princess, escaped from the care of the bandit Jeroh.
3. Thanh, Will, Panyin, and Sailiern have escaped from the slavers.
The slavers have finally been reunited, only to find that their precious cargo has escaped.
Aria and Justine seek the help of a bounty hunter to find the princess and provide protection.
Casey and Mella meet in a tavern.
Nesa and Selene, traveler and bandit, together at last! Find temporary peace inside of a (different?) tavern.
Introducing new character, Ebosia, dealer of mysterious contraptions.

As of now, the Red Moon Tavern houses a great deal of our characters.
-First, the escaped slaves, Thanh and Will, lead by Panyin. They find shelter in a room at the Inn, while their fellow fugitive, Saileern, goes to procure supplies in the city.
-Second, the Priests, Krios and Sterling sit in the Tavern to have a drink, with a quest of their own to fulfill.
-Third, Casey and a rather uncomfortable Mella discuss recent happenings.
-Fourth, Magnus sits to read his scriptures and awaits the opportunity to join the Blue Caravan's ranks.
Ebosia, a mysterious (and glowy) merchant sells her fish in the shopping district. Her audience consists of a wide-eyed Nesa, a curious Karlisle, and a silent Lileil.
Slave traders Amir and Sarafina have an argument about the loss of their slaves and split up. Sarafina's goal is hiring some extra hands to help with their journey, and Amir goes just outside the city to wash the slaves that are left, to prepare them for sale.
Aria and Justine, after a failed attempt to hire a bodyguard, attempt to relax at a local bath house. They are in more danger than they think they are...
The bandit leader Jeroh laments the loss of the noble promised to him by the slave trader and attempts to better know the prisoner that still remains with him, Norah.
Meanwhile, in the light of the rising sun, the high and mighty Lady Avaya traverses the city in her carriage.

Misha Stone, mysterious and elusive bounty hunter.
Since the last update, many things have changed. The Red Moon Tavern is no more. It was burnt down by the vengeful Amir Malik, drawing all of our members out of the tavern and into the street, where many of them reconvene with each other, save for a few unfortunate souls. Thanh is captured once again by his former Master, but Will finds protection in the Artemist Sterling Summersong. Aria, the Seer, finds herself also captured by the slavers for daring to speak of their true names in public.
Krios injured himself in the rescue effort of fleeing citizens, but was healed by yet another wandering Artemist, Magnus. Abel joins the two with enthusiasm, but his companion, Avaya has other plans in mind. Nesa had been caught in the thick of the conflict but managed to escape just in time, fortunate to avoid capture and join the others under the watchful eye of Auschthler, the optimistic caravan leader. Panyin, unable to keep watch over both children, finds herself unsure of what to do.
The disguised princess Liadan, despite her great ordeal has found Abel and Krios and the others. Finally, safety for her. A third slaver appeared in the midst, stalking, waiting for prey.
Meanwhile, the slavers have succeeded in their hunt and find their caravan complete again, with three new guards and five new slaves, including Aria. They set off again into the city, but are halted by Amir's overwhelming need to smoke. They stop in the square beside the merchants Ebosia and Mohini. Just in time, Karlisle is able to lead Lileil away from those same merchants. Running toward them is Vivi, the caravan guard, pursued by guards for stealing an apple and giving it to a child.
Since we last left, off we've waved off several more characters and wish them luck on their journeys!

Chapter 1: Silence Before the Storm
Some seasoned travelers spread rumors about the Phronwood, which is a thicket of trees at the eastern edge of the Westerwood and at the razor-toothed mouth of Racluear. “The screams during the night are those not made by humans; there are real monsters in those parts,” They say, to which many would respond, “’Tis better to travel there than through Bethryl, where the cliffs swallow up their victims and the lake is ruled by demons.” That being said, Albrind is a dangerous place to live. Those who brave her terrain successfully are admired and renowned for their bravery. Others prefer to simply stay in their towns and cities to live until they die, safe in their own beds.
It is not those careful, blasé individuals that we speak of when referring to the Blue Caravan, though. These men and women are unique in their personalities, abilities, and motivations. They’ve all come from different backgrounds and different stories, but they all share one common trait: They’re a part of, are travelling beside, or will someday come in contact with the Caravan. Whether it’s in the razor-sharp mountains of Racluear, the snarling, twisted forests of the Westerwood, or the choking sand of the Thahbufir, the Caravan will serve as a safe haven for travelers both young and old and a potential gold mine for desperate bandits.
The Blue Caravan’s story begins in the Phronwood, where the sun, once hidden by the tallest trees of the Westerwood has finally decided to beam down on the lake separating those last trees and the dreaded Racluear Mountains. After the grueling trek through the forest, the Caravan leader has decided to stop at that very lake for the night to rest and replenish the morale of his fellow travelers. Behind the Blue Caravan is another mysterious trio of wagons, headed by a strange man with even stranger business in mind.
In tow, the Caravan also carries a special guest: The Princess of Albrind. Some seasoned travelers spread rumors about the Phronwood, which is a thicket of trees at the eastern edge of the Westerwood and at the razor-toothed mouth of Racluear. “The screams during the night are those not made by humans; there are real monsters in those parts,” They say, to which many would respond, “’Tis better to travel there than through Bethryl, where the cliffs swallow up their victims and the lake is ruled by demons.” That being said, Albrind is a dangerous place to live. Those who brave her terrain successfully are admired and renowned for their bravery. Others prefer to simply stay in their towns and cities to live until they die, safe in their own beds.
It is not those careful, blasé individuals that we speak of when referring to the Blue Caravan, though. These men and women are unique in their personalities, abilities, and motivations. They’ve all come from different backgrounds and different stories, but they all share one common trait: They’re a part of, are travelling beside, or will someday come in contact with the Caravan. Whether it’s in the razor-sharp mountains of Racluear, the snarling, twisted forests of the Westerwood, or the choking sand of the Thahbufir, the Caravan will serve as a safe haven for travelers both young and old and a potential gold mine for desperate bandits.
