The people saying to "quote them" are the ones probably wanting the Popular Thread Achievement. This is how you get the item. Copy the provided code below and paste it into the thread, then check your "items" in your inventory after you have. You'll see the item.
If it doesn't work, try posting it 10 times on a single post.
Edit: Okay, I give up. I thought I had it figured out but apparently I was wrong for most people. I see a lot of mixed replies (quote me if you're going to call me out, eh?) saying it didn't work, others saying it did work. Feel free to quote other people and keep clicking that change button on other users. .-. I just wanted people to get the item.
Edit 2: If quotes fail, just keep changing people until you see the item.
