I generally like back to school shopping, even though I
am not in school now, and don't have to worry about it, because
they always have deals on pens, and notebooks and what not.

However, I am beginning to loathe it.
I work in a shoe store, and all these parents bringing in their
children, and not watching them, and trashing the kids section of the store.
Ugh.

The only back-to-school shopping I did was buying pens, pencils and a planner.

You just gotta have a mirror in your locker! How else can you make sure that you still look faboulas between classes?!

I haven't bought new supplies in a couple of years.
I'm still using my four year old binder I'm in love with.
And I stocked up on notebooks three or four years ago, so I'm good to go there.
And I'm good at keeping my pencils and pens so I'm using the ones I've been using for at least a year now.

Only new thing I bought was my backpack because the old one's strap completely snapped off and the bottom ripped.

I usually like buying my spirals and pens the most, but this year I was looking forward to my calculator the most. I got a TI-89 Titanium! biggrin I'm so happy.

New clothes, I'm going to wear things that are 100% me, despite how odd my style is. Last year I held back, But now I'm going all out heart

I was never one to care about what junk I carried with me, as I lost them and they got sullied easily.
This year I gave in. Still conservative tho: A simple winnie-the-pooh binder and a pencil case that could pass for something that held glasses.
These, along with blank paper and writing supplies/my calculator from last year are all I'll use throughout the year.

Clothing-wise... I shop for regardless of school. In fact, my wardrobe has only received five new pieces over the summer.
