I'm really loving the pastels, and the face. I'm not sure how you did it, but your face shape seems broader than most avatars. And I really like it! The little white thingy you have seems unnecessary with the fantastic antlers, and I can't really see what your arms are doing (although your entire torso looks very well put together)

I think I know enough of hate, to know that for destruction ice--

The theme is a tad confusing. I'm not sure if you're supposed to be a graffiti artist or a very eccentric skier. The floating (?) spray paint can is a little distracting too (like it should be in your hand instead). Although, there is some charm to it. I'd do one of two things. Either get rid of the graffiti background and change it with something else to match the avatar, or change the avatar to look more theme-oriented to the graffiti background. I'd chose the first choice, personally. I can't help but keep envisioning a cool skiing scene with the goggles and jacket and such.
