I have no idea what top you're wearing, but this is how the Dragonne/Seracila/Compass layers.
The compass is what removes the one shoulder of the Dragonne.



EDIT: Just recognized the top, I think, which layers over the seracila and removes the Dragonne.\\
That is, if the top is in fact one of the Qipaos.
