I really like the avatar as a whole. However I feel some balancing could be done with regards to the usage of the blue gray.
This mostly pertains to the background. I will suggest the item [Nighttime Ruins] with the broken pillars as the main reason.

The reasoning behind the Nighttime Ruins is to try and add a bit of the blue gray to the opposing side of the the leaves from the
tree. There is probably other ways to accomplish this, however that is all I can currently recommend.

[Other Thoughts]
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Part of the piece feels very cluttered and hard to depict. Most notably the upper torso and the arm area. It would be nice if you
can try and highlight their existence.

ways to create various parts.

First I will talk about the hair as it can easily be changed around. There is a few gold shop options but they can
be hit or miss. I personally Like using [Loose Sideswept Matsuri Bangs] + [Hime Bangs Haircut] to fix the bangs area.

Next lets talk about the arms. Sure they are very iconic, but you could easily go without it and be recognized.
In fact you can have the character avatar be holding an item like [Game to Survive] to make reference with it. Alternatively
you could easil use one of the [bare arms] to try and get the pose from the concept art.

down on point. In particular the ones I can see working well are:
Accel Arms
Redemption Arms
Princess Arms

I honestly think that making the face would create more detail that people can ogle at. You could use the item Dappy Dandy
