Midori has grown on me and as it is now i LOVE IT! heart The soft green with ivory white is just such a calm and relaxing scheme to look at. Not to mention it's so easy to combo with other colours if you want a little bit more.

Like I've said before, ******** Midori. It's straight up stupid. It's so similar to other greens, it's not even just one, people can mistake it for light Seabreeze, Wintermint and Seafoam, except not many people know this last one exists, so Gaia'll probably try to erase it by using Midori instead, like they did with Vernal Equinox, and to make this worse they made yet another version of Vernal Equinox with Midori, but noone complained, even tho people used to get mad at different users making different Seabreeze versions of the same items rofl
The color is a joke, they can't even decide on a scheme and they all seem lacking, dull and boring. They used Chiffon with this Seafoam look-alike, they used Dusk Rose with this Seabreeze look-alike, if they used some Sable and an Amaranth look-alike we could mistake it with Demure. It's ridiculous talk2hand
So, it may not be ugly, but it's pointless, useless, overused, expensive and overrated. Hoping it dies out before it erases other colors/schemes emotion_facepalm

The Scheme is certainly nice to look at (Warm Pastels work at their best with Soft Contrasts), but like Sorbet a few weeks ago its current item selection is way out of my weight class...

Midori is an odball of a scheme for me. Normally I don't tend to like that kinda washed-out dull green (See seabreeze and it's cousins.)

But because it's so close to wintermint. a Scheme I do like. it's not so bad?

While I can see the appeal to it, I will never personally collect midori. I just dislike muted schemes.

Why is it greens that always get this popular lol But they are still not olive, forest, emerald green kinds~

I do agree that it looks like seabreeze or wintermint or even verdigris, but I probably enjoy midori the most out of all of them because I like lighter shades.

I just don't like it when we see 3282374 recolors of it as soon as it's introduced for example emotion_facepalm I got really bored of it when it happened with seabreeze. Kinda happened with verdigris and catharsis as well.

I hope they spread things around more. We literally have thousands of color schemes and midori, anubis, opal, sweetberry, swampberry shouldn't be the only things we see ^^'
