Hello! I thought it would be helpful to have a place for people to submit their queries in advance for the next Ask the Staff event. Feel free to post your questions here, questions answered will go in OP of the next event. For those of you who's questions did not get answered, you may post your question here.

Ask the Staff Rules & Guidelines

1. One question per post.
   Please only ask one question in your post. Asking more than one question in your post may result in your post getting skipped for not following this.
   
   
   
2. Repeat posts will be deleted.
   Please only post your question once. Repeated posting of the same question multiple times on the same day may result in the additional posts being deleted or in your loss of being able to post to the thread. This is to help keep the noise in the thread down and allow questions by others to be seen.
   
   
   
3. Do not post support issues.
   Do not post issues regarding account bans, billing issues, warnings, and other support issues. Instead, please file a ticket about them at our Help Center. Questions about support issues may result in your post getting skipped.
   
   
   
4. Not all questions will be answered.
   There are a few reasons why a question might not be answered. Here are some of the most common reasons why that happens:
   
   There are questions that are asked that have been asked and answered previously and the answer given there hasn't changed, therefore we don't answer that.
   
   There are questions that we simply do not have an answer to at the moment.
   
   There are questions asked in a format other than the one that we recommend you post in.
   
   
5. The thread may get locked periodically.
   Should the thread posts grow faster than we can handle, we may temporarily lock the thread while we catch up. We will post if the lock is because of us catching up, or due to the event being over.
   
   
6. Item suggestions and requests.
   Questions specifically asking for item requests will not be answered in ATS. They may not be responded to individually in the interest of getting to other questions. You may also post your item request and suggestions in the Item Request Thread in Site Feedback!

Features

It's impossible to login (with the right password) from the main page. It's only possible to login from the second login page. Many other Gaians (https://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/t.107929434/) have said this for many days. Do you have an estimate for when you will be able to fix this problem?

When will you fix the propblem where when you chage your pass or username, that you can't log in, because it says wrong pass or user?
I know you don't feel like answereing many question these days,but this misght be who many got their account blocked or locked.

can we get rugs and chairs now usable only in the houses for use with avatars? We really need something like those that we can equip,. The only ones we can use are big and clunky. Please consider this. Thanks in advance

Hello, I know Princess Arcee posted in the last AtS about having a user-submitted avatar item contest such as CrosStitch's competitions and I know there's a lot to do around the legal position of that but I'd just like to say that this is definitely something I'm interested. If you cannot make 'sales' from user created content, would it be possible to put them in the Golden Catch or a RIG you can get from Loyal's Bizarre?

I think a competition would be great right now due to the amount of spare time people have in quarantine and that it could really help the community as not everyone has hundreds of dollars to buy tickets with.

EVENTS- Sales

Every year Gaia has a summer sales event; I was wondering if this year would continue that tradition or if it would be postponed/cancelled due to COVID19. I understand that some people may be financially struggling at this time but others are not and Gaia, as a business, still needs to make money to continue functioning.

Currently, only some mainstream e-mail providers like Gmail works with Gaia accounts. So only some people are able to make a Gaia account. Do you have an estimate for when any valid e-mail address will work with Gaia accounts, both for registering (and confirming) new and old accounts, and for e-mail address change in the account settings?
