I was just wondering how you go about choosing/deciding on what items are to get a recolor? Do you decide? Do you look at our posts requesting these recolors? Also if one made a request for an item or a group of items to be recolored, and gave image examples, would you consider?

Can you please help us out? I am a proud member of a guild called Booty Prowling Panthers. We love grabbing/pouncing Gaians' aquariums when they glow. We'd like to see some aquarium events & things to encourage other Gaians to play/grab booty. Can you bring some kind of events for aquarium lovers? Also, bring some more fish for us to buy!

How come Gold Generators can't be removed completely from the cash shop?

Stopping the release of them altogether would really, really help with the inflation issues. Things may not deflate to what it was before, but the market could at least even out and stabilize.

I know you say they're popular, but there have been numerous polls around many, many different forums on the site, and many don't like them.

Could you consider, at least, decreasing the average payouts and bring back choice ITEM generators? (not charm/gold choice.. ACTUAL ITEMS!!) I've been holding out on buying GC for a long time because of this. I want to spend my extra money (albeit, it's not much) because I love the site.

The gold generators are stopping me from spending.

Are there any plans to nerfed the difficulty of switchem a bit? As is it is now, it seem impossible to reach past level 10 without resorting to GC.

Hello there, it’s been quite a while!
We are all suffering from Gaia’s economy, most the lot of us that can’t buy GC.
I don’t know and I don’t care if the stuff discussed on the tickets is not up for discussion outside them, but I have to ask the staff.

What was the motivation of changing the form of getting GC through PayPal?, and did you know the system was flawed in other countries before making the move?

I can only speak for myself right now, when I say that I can’t seem to buy GC through PayPal from the payment page (it loads to the payments page with no GC nor money taken), but there’s a lot of us in the bugs forum asking the question of why we are unable to buy GC and no staff has come in and tell us anything when we have a couple of pages worth of people complaining rightfully so about this issue:

The new system is broken in ways, the ticket staff doesn’t know how to solve the problem, they don't even know what's wrong, we’ve been having this issue since the new system implementation (september 15th). Gaia made me, contact PayPal about the issue when it’s you guys that changed the system, I did however offer my help to resolve the issue after this, and you guys didn’t even bat a lash.

I’ve taken upon my shoulders on reading through some things about PayFlow link thing you guys enrolled in, might be that when Gaia updated to the Payflow link system, Gaia might have clicked that they have business only with the United States. Were you aware of this issue beforehand? I'm from Mexico and the Payflow system doesn't exist here, there are only pdfs of manuals for developers that want the Payflow system.

Gaia might've inadvertedly blocked its international users from buying anything from Gaia with this system or you were aware of this issue long before you contracted the Payflow system and decided not to disclose such information to the international gaians to not lose face.

After this post, I really want to know if the staff is aware of the system lacking its pros and gaining a lot of cons from these kind of issues.

What this is all doing is discouraging me and others from coming to the site at all, I’m going through this because it doesn’t seem fair to me what Gaia is doing just to get a few pennies when they’re losing dollars.

No tl;dr because it’s important to read the flaws the system has and fails to meet the expectations of some.
