Can you fix how the cape portions look on the Hermes', Mercury's, and Erebus' Moon items when worn on an avatar while facing away from the screen? When you can see your character's face, the cape renders perfectly, but when your turn around, the capes don't render at all.

With Loyal's change in admittance policy/procedure, a bunch of us received letters letting us know we had met the requirements to enter the shop/guild, though we had access prior. Because of the policy change are we going to be getting this message every 90 days now?

Some people also received the admittance letter multiple times (perhaps paired up with the 'sorry but you've been kicked out' one as well) and it sounds like they possibly had 30 tokens deducted for each admittance letter received. Can they file a ticket to be re-credited the excess tokens?

We're going to report this to our dev team to take a look into it and see what's going on, right now we'd like to advise you to not file a ticket on this to recover your tokens as the support team does not have a way to actually credit you the tokens. Instead, please feel free to post in that bug thread and we'll take down your username to look into this.

I've come across several various items (particularly with zOMG! goods) that searching for them in the marketplace will come up with no results, but if you have the item, you can view it in the marketplace by clicking on the link. This is really annoying because it really drops the sales as customers have no way of finding our item. Similarly, when you go to list certain items (ie. Green Fluff Ball) in the marketplace, it always says that there are no other listings and that you are the first to list it, but this is not true. You can click the link for that item and see other listings for it, and again, it doesn't show up in searches.

Would you possibly fix this anytime soon?

My question concerns a semi-occurring glitch within the Backwings line of quests in Alchemy, present within all six types of formula (angelic, demonic, fallen, risen, etc.). The glitch occurs upon crafting the Nove level formula. Naturally, at this point you'd be granted the formula, and a medium pair of backwings of that quest line; the glitch prevents the backwings grant, leaving you with just a formula, and the inability to continue forward. It completely breaks the questline, halting all progress; Dieci formula, the next level that requires those medium backwings to craft, just sits there.

With the background set, I too am suffering from this glitch. I was on the Fallen Backwings Quest, and am one of those people with a Dieci formula with no wings to craft with. The community seems aware of the glitch, and there are others suffering from it. I've filed a ticket about it, but I wanted to check up and see if you are also aware of the glitch, and what was being done to correct it? I'm sure it's a difficult loophole to tie up, since it's reoccurring and across many unlucky users, but with Alchemy updates being more common now, is this on the fix-it list?

I came back to Gaia and recently I've been toying with avatars to submit into the Arenas, and I decided to check out if the prizes have changed. I saw that the prize gold was still the same as it was years ago, and to be honest it's kind of laughable? 50,000g in this economy isn't that much of an impact to someone, and that's if you place in First. Are there any plans to renovate the prize pool in the future?

There are- it requires some substantial dev time which we've currently directed towards doing some site repairs, and the summer event. We're looking into fixing payout inconsistencies once these have been finished.

There are a lot of new formulas out there that need golden fragments to create but too few ways of getting that that either require a ton of luck or a credit card/paypal. Would it be possible to add in a formula for golden fragments to alchemy in the near future?
