He's a creepy doctor guy based on jack the ripper. He hides his indenity with the plague doctor mask and his clothing. Of course dressed sophisticated like a gentleman of that era. He hides out in the alley ways and stalks passerbyers a possible serial killer. He's a lurker, total loner and introvert he does have a "pet" or a possible victim.
A couple of remarks about the small avie. The mask has gold eyeglasses sorta, gold around the eye sockets. The gold glasses please keep these if you can. Also the gold pocket watch to match the gold in the mask. {Unless you are doing a B/W drawing like the sample art then no ned for gold details.) You can omit tippy the animal and the machete if you want. You can draw eyeballs if you want or just keep the eye sockets dark like the sample drawing. The black gloves are called nitemare claws, Its just so he can have creepy pointed fingers. He has a white long sleeve shirt under a black shirt with a ruffle collar thing and simple black pants. The shoes are gaia item black loafers.. like slippers, there's white socks but you can do any kind of black shoes is fine. Here's another art Ref in linklink2
