vaguely helpful details (sorry)

- ur local smug cat enjoyer makes a smug cat enjoyer. what a surprise
- all extra accessories aren't necessory (i.e., the monocle, the flower thing, the... whatever the white thing on the back is, i seriously don't know either)
- his eyes are greyish-blue
- the palette is honestly pretty monotone, not picky about any colour changes or adaptations.
- those are fluffy boots not socks!!
- on the shorter side (points and laughs as if im not comically short)
- basically heres a narcoleptic twink point and laugh

if you want to take a challenge i can do 600k for my current avi (of course again simplified as much as you'd like), or both for 1.2 mil! just whatever yk how it is
