Man, one time, he was with his ex husband and he decided to 'punish' him for something (can't remember what) so he brought the vampire to the stage in this slave place and managed to get him to submit (his ex husband being like the epitome of dom) and ended up cutting his nails into his flesh and digging his fingers in so deep that blood was just pouring from him and he was in to his first knuckle.

xD It took a lot to get him to do that, though! He usually -doesn't- (That's the only time he's ever been violent, and that had a lot of buildup and it was meant to be a punishment to even them out), but he does have bite in him if pushed too far. xD See, I am no consent for everything but death/dismemberment for my own characters. But I respect other people's boundaries. And that's where Consent rule comes in. If the RP was tipping to something like the above, I would ask for consent from the player before continuing, and if not, steer the RP in another direction as believably as possible *nodnod*

That sounds boring D;. Besides, in my view, Role-play involves your characters, not you. You can't switch a rapist's mind on and off. I find it better to react how you would in real life than just filter around or avoid it. RP is an alternate life, really. You only have a choice of what your character is going to do, not anybody else's. That's what makes it more fun and unpredictable xD. Of course, people God-modding to get on top of Romanus isn't fair, but he lets it happen anyways xDD. 'All's fair in love and war'. Besides, complaining about God-modding would be hypocritical XDD.

XD It's something I'm used to because of where I usually RP - it's required unless they state they're No Consent at the beginning of the RP. I hate messing OOC into it, but it's a rule I'm just used to.

Ehhh. Well, it's reasonable, I guess, depending on how desperate the person you're doing it to is xD. Though the demon played it careful, e.g. His talons extended, long enough to pierce through the other's flesh, though providing that the man didn't evade his grip.
