( with the dander in her arms if that's possible ^^ only the dander is a regular little bunny xD , the butterflies as silver decorations on her light blue / silver high heels and one as ring on her finger , a really big butterfly wing ^^ ? the scarf a little bit more loose around her neck so that it's showing her whole face and a little bit of her neck ^^ , the plum tiara can be made in a tiara , or a fancy lolita crown or a shiny pretty headband you may free to make of it as you want ^^ and the socks should stay loose and fall a little bit over the high heels ) .

- Sakura Blossoms are the theme for this OC so please make sure they're everywhere - on her jewelry (necklace, earrings, bracelets, anklets), on her shoes, on her dress, on her umbrella even? xD
- Clothes should be modeled after what the nobility wore in Victorian times. Full skirts, lots of ribbons and ruffles and lace. xD
- The top should be draw according to the MAIN REFERENCE.
- Skirt is up to you to design; just please make sure it below the knee (although I'd prefer mid-calf to full length) and its done up in pink/gold/white and there is a Sakura Blossom design on it.
- You're free to design her shoes.
