o1 ---- Follow TOS this one is the most obvious of all rules, goodness gracious do i have to elaborate?

o2 ---- Follow artists directions if the artist tells you to send trade then send trade. if the artist tells you to leave then leave. Got it? Good.

o3 ---- Fill out order forms completly don't just put current avatar or say a chibi. Orly? a chibi huh? a headshot? a coloured chibi? i don't know, you have to figure it out.

o4 ---- Art belongs to the artists you cannot resell the art in anyway, shape or form. We commissioned you the art for well w/e purpose you have. You cannot resell it to another person for profit via gaia gold, rl money or anything else. On second note to that editing the art in anyway is prohibited. You may not take off the artist signature, colour it (without permission) resize it (without permission) or print it (without permission). Please ask the artist what you can and can't do with their art.

o5 ---- All artists have the right to decline your offer for any reason they may have Even if it's because they don't like the way you're speaking to them, they have the right to reject you.
You may not cancel trade once it is sent Discuss with the artist if you are having second thoughts about the art. if they have already started then to bad. If time is an issue discuss it with the artist before hand. Ask them if they can complete the art before a set date or how long will it take to finish the order.

o6 ---- No Flamming, Advertising or Begging This is an art shop not a critique corner or the chatterbox. No we will not affliate you and no we aren't looking for your seal of approval. We will not be giving you gold, items or free art if you ask, you have to bump and chat to get some of that.

o7 ---- No Refunds I don't even know how you can think that we would actually do that. Hahahaha...no.

o8 ---- Not all art is done at a first come first served basis Some of the artists do the art in bulk, so just because you got the first slot doesn't mean you're art will be done first. (Bribing is a different story)

o9 ---- We are not here to image host you Save the image, because if somebody deletes it from their photobucket and you don't have it, don't blame us. We don't want pms asking for the art.

1o ---- Don't pm the artist you are only allowed to pm them about art unless otherwise stated. Please post your concerns in the thread or ask the artist before hand if you wish to discuss it only with the artist. Certain artists have individual rules. READ THEM.

11 ---- If an artist says that they're full or closed. So they are okay? Don't order please. At all.

12 ---- To exchange links, please PM the mule by clicking right here or post in the thread asking for a link exchange. Don't foget to link back! In fact, before asking, link us first just to make sure.

13 ---- Don't PM the mule under any circumstances unless it is for a link exchange. Any conversations with the mule will be ignored. We have comments for that.

I think artists prefer chatting along the thread more than quoting their orders numerous of times just in case it got lost, really.
All of our artists here try very hard to start off from where they last posted to find if there are any orders.
We all do that so there's really no need to keep quoting and quoting the orders.
This is just my opinion and it's meant to be read by everyone.
I'll put this in the announcements somewhere.

We appreciate all those who come for the art but we prefer to take things light and easy. No pressure.

I really hope that this is understandable and I'm not being harsh. Much apologies if offensive in any way at all. The artists do have a life outside of Gaia.
