OMG this place sounds amazing!

It is fantastic!

It's an old 18th century estate that's now owned by the forestry commission, there's a wee church and old graveyard, walled gardens, meadows, caves and waterfalls and right in the middle is the site of the old manor house which was demolished in the 50's (I think) You could spend days up there and not see it all.

Comments: I first started painting Saturn, and then realized the colours were way too bright! So I desaturated it a bit to make it look a bit more accurate.
Then I was like, I wanna superimpose Sailor Saturn on here! So I did.
It turned out just about how I wanted it to, though I have to leave it as a WIP right now.

The first thing I did was screw up the background and make it way too dark. After that I figured I should just keep painting so I can get the rest of my mistakes out on this paper and maybe do better next time. (It's still not done BTW) The colors are so wrong....I can't seem to figure out how reference my colors IRL against the back-lit colors on my monitor. O_o I have a plan though....so we'll see.

I really don't like this paper. Which sucks because I think it might be the only paper that will go through my printer. =/ It makes everything look so splotchy.

I hate how you have to wait until you get the key from Gunther.
Same how you have to level up the pick axe before you can get to Dwarf.

It didn't bother me too much on the wait cause I struggle to make money. I finally got iridium sprinklers so I'm not spending alllllllllllll day on crops! I still have no money but now I'm able to try for the legendary in the sewer. I hit it once and I didn't even last a second. Trying again when I can steal the tv away from my sister! XD (playing on the Xbox so I don't get any nifty mods! D: ) Took me forever with the dwarf because I couldn't find the gosh darn dwarf scroll! He just talked gibberish to me! XD I wanted my miners treats!

But trying to increase the friendship hearts with Dwarf seems to take forever. I've never managed to get him above 4
since I keep making new saves. But yeah, money can take forever to earn.

We happened to get Stardew among a bundle of like 30 games the hubby purchased for cheap on Steam. They were
having a bundle sale and Stardew called out to me. So glad we have it on PC.

The creator is adding more stuff too. Just pulled this from their twitter.
"some things I've added for the new content update:
*new "town event" in winter
*new type of collection that you can start in your first winter
*Signs (can display any item on them)
*More outdoor decorations (some change w/ season)
*More NPC "events"
*A way to re-spec professions"

One of the images included a boat off the beach pier and he's been testing Multiplayer. He said it was quite fun holding
a LAN party where everyone was playing and yelling across the room for in game supplies.

About in game content, I don't know how much time you take to look things up so you don't miss anything or to find
things to help you along the way, but there are some heart events for Sam that are only available during the summer in
year 1, because he talks about his dad (who is away in the military). During my 3rd game I found this out by chance.

"The Real Deal"
The woman gave him the stink eye. Luis Lane was a beautiful woman, who never doubted his ability to write articles, or to love him regardless of his quick disappearances every so often. Really, Clark Kent had no clue why she put up with his phony excuses, but he put it up to couples loving each others' farts. Still, he'd hoped she'd acknowledged his efforts on the diamond.

He didn't have to cough up two paychecks at the local jewelry store. Was that where it all went wrong? Clark Kent didn't sacrifice his hard earned presidents' so Luis Lane doesn't believe his love deserves the best? Superman goes to Saturn, brings her genuine diamonds, and he would have brought her to along to see the rainfall of those glittering gems! She'd be falling at his feet. Clark Kent cleans it up, chisels it, crams it into a ring slot..and she gives him an stare.

Where did Superman go right and Clark Kent go wrong?

Loved it. This is why I love lil passages of writing. It tells a complete story without spending so much time reading.

Day 21 - Seal

V busy day, v tired! Went skiing and took a fantastic tumble, didn't hurt myself at all but did mess up my skis, oops. Then had to walk through knee-deep snow to get to a place where I could fix them!

Whenever I go to a zoo, I check if they have seals <3 One of my zoo favorites!
