The man next to him appeared to be a mage, as he surprised the assailants with the use of fire. Handy he mused. So he continued to gape at the scene unfolding before him.

It was incredible they were actually thinking of giving Outsider's the same rights we the higher beings! These vermin....

He activated his shield against fire, noting the mage there. One more derelict to deal with. They only grew bolder with the council's indecision.

"You there, wait yourself. You'll not be going anywhere, lad. And as for you... mage..." Trailing off with a meaningful look, he glanced over to the guard closer to the young man. "I don't think we need to see any papers, these ones are obviously all a part of this rebellious act of subversion."

The girl dashed aside, sidestepping his sword. He swung again in her direction, but his balance was off and it would be impractical for him to continue.

He turned towards the blonde, speaking in the angelic tongue, he touched his heel to the ground, sending a stream of ice towards the meddling priest.

Whats a print certified screen? I might need one.......

Well basically, I colour calibrated it, and now I've made lots of prints in different colours and compared them to the colours I see on my screen. It's very very close.

But it's not an official stamp or anything xD;;

Looks hard... and time consuming to read how to do it. Maybe later.

Yeah that article is really odd, but technically it was an easy thing to do. I don't remember exactly how but I didn't use any special software or anything.

Melchior hated this job. He wasn't a fighter really, that's why he usually checked id's and did desk work. How he'd been drafted into a night patrol he wasn't sure, but he regretted it intensely. Great. what was Lurp supposed to do now? She should just let Rivek fight this out. What did she stand to gain by getting involved? Yes, that's just what she was going to do... watch from the shadows. Nobody notice the steamer trunk. Nope nothing here to see.

Even as she thought it, she felt her resolve ebbing. ********** it all.

The trunk melted (literally) further back into the shadows. It should be too dark and everyone should be too busy to notice, but with Lurp's luck tonight....

As for the celestials, yea they pretty much feel outsiders are lesser beings - even the very powerful outsiders. But, they come in all shapes and flavors, like Laresh - he feels they are lesser as well, but he is also a part of the Peace and feels it is his duty to protect them as less fortunate creatures ))

Seist had the hood of his cloak up and between that and his darkness shroud he should be able to prevent them from getting a good look at him. He had no desire to be found later by the authorities, especially since he no longer had his title to hide behind. He braced himself as the ice shot in his direction and pulled his hands apart, as if he were playing cat's cradle, and more fire bloomed at the gesture - directly between him and the ice. The two struck and a roaring hiss filled the air as the ice was melted into a thick mist. And then priest ducked into this mass, willing it to surround him and obscure his movements inside the heavy fog. He angled towards the magic user.

In the sudden light flash from Seist's fire, D noted that there was... it caught the outline of something moving. He darted forwards, pulling his sword free.

"Show yourself!" he cried, kicking at the debris. He swore he'd seen movement. Something large, surely.
