Hey there everyone! I have been wanting to host an art contest for almost a year now. I am terribly excited about this contest, and I cant wait to see who all enters and what people make!

I would appreciate if all winners would accept their trades no later than June 25th

Since I will be going on vacation.
Finally the Contest is Over; Awards to be handed out soon.
June 11th I will no longer be extending the contest unless an artist REQUEST's it, and then it will only be for 3 more days
May 31st Just to let everyone know. for the Month of June I will have limited internet access, do not be alarmed though I will try and check up at least 3 times a week.
If I have not Placed ENDED in the thread title on June 14th by 1pm EST then assume the contest will run until the last day of June (When I have solid net access)

March 1st Photobucketed all the entries, and have them up for all to see

Art can be in the forms of any style or media, ranging from chibis to anime to semi-realism, CG and traditional means: Copics or Colouring Pencils etc
There should be a minimum of ten entries per category(categories being each individual avatar) for the Particular Category to be Judged.
I will no longer be extending the contest unless an artist REQUEST's it
I am Ending this Contest on the Scheduled June 14th 2009 Date.
If you NEED an extension provide a Work in Progress, and I will give you three more days.


Judging
I will ask a couple of my college friends and my sister for their opinions, however, the final choice will be mine own.
Final Decisions will be based on: Artistic Movement, Character Portrayal, Aesthetic Appeal, Overall Impact

Each Category will be judged individually, so you can win something in each.

You may take off the mask, but make sure the eye patch stays, you can also leave the genie pants off but keep the skirt.

Hope ya like it. I tried to put in some movement and distance distortion to make it more interesting. 3nodding 7 hours and it turned out pretty good.

If I submit something but then make a better one can I change my submission?

Yes you can.

Question 2

Can I enter four entries, one per category? xD;; I didn't exactly make it out clear in the first page >o<

Can the G logo be removed from Seraphim's dress as well?

Removing or Having the G-logo could be the detail that wins or loses it for you.

Question 4

Is there an Entrance Fee?

No, there is not a monetary (aka Gold) Fee. All you have to do to enter is draw art and fill out the form.

Question 5

So wait.. i can pick from one of those avis, draw it and enter?

Yes, each one is its own little "contest"
and then the overall best picture gets 100k

Question 6

Does it have to be colored?

Color is not required to enter the art.

Question 7

For 'Protect The Little Bear', must it be a polar bear cub?
Or can I take a spin on it?
