Haha but when you say doodle you make me think of effortless art that you make because your bored, like sketches type doodles. I wish my doodles looked like that xD my artistic skills are a work in progress xP

I do put some effort into it, but my serious art isn't on gaia. ^_^ I have another portfolio that's not on the internets. Paintings mainly.

So I could consider my digital art doodles when compared to them.

Thats awesome, so you specialize in painting? :] Painting seems so complicated, my little sister tried to paint a darkish purple cloud to look like a sunsety cloud, figured it was too dark, but couldnt fix it D: I dont think I could stand not having an undo button lol

My BFA concentration was in painting back in the day.. so yeah I guess I did specialize in it.

My fine art stuff is way different then my photoshop illustrations.... oddly enough I get more pleasure out of doodle'n on photoshop these days.

I'm an art teacher and as such I get to play with all sorts of fun media. I love to paint with my kids too. ^_^

I have rubrics that I go by when I grade and I've been doing it for a while so it's not hard anymore.

The CG stuff is relaxing because there's no job related stress nor RL commish money typically attached to it and I find it awesome that I can draw things that I could never show my students. It sorta feels like a dirty little art secret. ^_^
