God, our weeb days.

I stopped reading manga after Naruto was finally over and I had to come to the conclusion that the ending was worse than Harry Potter's ending.

*sigh* I stopped reading after Shippuden started up in the manga and watched to the end of the OVAs from the original storyline before the three year time skip.

I had to stop lying to myself that the others were going to end one day, and it wasn't going to be a super overpowered protagonist with girls who weren't just the boobs of the series. It was totally going to be like that.

Guess it drove me to write under powered characters who were also diverse and make my females badasses or not boobs.

I don't focus on boobs either in my fan fiction.

i do have a char who has had breast implants but i also try and have her have bad back problems as well, especially after she runs. It just works into her story of getting them to be seen as normal.

Yay, an Edward Elric avi! I rarely see those anymore.

Yeah, I don't see them all that often either. It's really hard to believe sometimes just how long it's been since the whole thing ended. Of course, the fact that the Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood CI was removed from Mecha Neko back when the sponsorship with Funimation ended doesn't help with users wanting to cosplay him even if they wanted to, especially in this economy where the items have become scarce AND hideously inflated in price. I was lucky enough to get two of the Edward item back when the CI was still there and I would keep doing free cash offers to snap them up whenever I could. Granted, I mainly just wanted the coat, but once I had two of them in my inventory I was like "Well, let's see if I can make a complete cosplay with whatever else I've got" and then I started to gradually improve on it whenever I spotted something affordable that looked like it might fit the look. I don't use the outfit especially often myself, but for whatever reason it just seemed to click yesterday and I decided I should wear it.

Now I'm kinda tempted to re-watch the series. Both of them. The question is, where to start? Usually, when I only want a small dose I'll revisit the two part episode from the original anime with the Other Brothers Elric (and occasionally the Psiren incident) just to get my fix, but right now I'm feeling more like a proper marathon.
