*Alright, after hearing there may be a stipulation with threadmaster from Papagatero and doing some homework, it would seem 95% of the votes in a thread must be <3 to get the popular tag. Which means I would need 416 more people to <3 and hope no one else </3. cat_eek The more logical soultion> MOVE THE THREAD!
