*peeks in* Hmmm...

Sora's most favorite thing about tournaments in Dayne was the increase in foot traffic across the entire floating fortress. It made all kinds of things easier while the guards had their attention on maintaining as much control and order as they could; things like sneaking in and out, something that she considered her specialty even on days that weren't particularly easy. While the streets were a mess and while most of the castle's gates were overflowing with horses, carriages, men-at-arms, knights and their followers, and all sorts of peasants and merchants on foot, there was any number of opportunities to be had.

She wasn't the only one who thought so. The sound of a struggle in one of Dayne's alleys had attracted her attention and now, looking over the balcony of one of the alley's buildings, she could only sigh and watch the sad scene unfold. A shake-down, typical. Classless thugs. The only good thing about brutes like this was that they weren't in the guild, which meant she didn't have to play nice.

A silent twang and the sound of an arrow embedding itself into a building next to the thugs and their unfortunate victim.

"Where'd tha-- who's there? Best scram before we deal with you ne--" the lead thug began, cut short by another arrow lodging itself even closer to him.

"Best you not make promises you won't be keeping. This is guild territory, so get gone or get dead, slime-licker!"

It was a petty pleasure, but a pleasure nontheless to see the thugs hurry off. She hadn't even finished descending to the alley before the to-be-victim was upon her, hurrying to shake a hand in gratitude. "T-thank you so--" She cut him off too, this time with a knife to his chest and another at his waist, cutting the strings to his purse and snatching the coin bag before it fell.

"I said this was guild territory. Don't be looking for any heroes here, pretty-boy."

x "Really, Sorra. That seemed so... excessive.

He had to interrupt, having watched most of the scene from a corner and a shadow that not even Sora, an experienced burglar, would have thought of. He was amused nonetheless, even if the guards could be upon this very alley any moment.

                                                            "Don't forget our rules...
" He warned, looking toward the unfortunate victim caught in Sora's web. He was no wealthy merchant, no noble, just a common man like any of them. He worked hard for his gold, and he deserved to keep it.

His trademark smile fell from his face then and a rare, hard glint touched his eyes as he waited expectantly.

Sora glanced once at the Prince, then back to the man under her blade with a glare. Sometimes the rules could be so... cumbersome. Of course, the alternative could be worse, she reminded herself, and then pulled back her knife with a sigh.

""You should be on your knees in the presence of royalty," She said sneering, but thought better of accosting the man further. Instead, she dropped the coin purse and turned away from the sound of quickly retreating footsteps.

"My Prince," She greeted then, smiling at Fisher with a mischievous smile. She knew the Prince of Thieves couldn't keep a smile from his own face for long. "It was just a bit of fun. A girl's got to have a little of that, doesn't she?"

x Fisher smiled then, ignoring the retreating man as Sora did. The guards could come soon, but they'd be long gone by then. Instead he moved forward and lifted her chin with a finger, a promise on his lips, "All the fun you could want, my dear."

They were here in the golden floating city for a reason, after all.

"You just need to learn some patience. Why don't you play nice for a while and meet up with the others in the court? " He wanted eyes there and his own face was sometimes too well known. Not that a simply disguise wouldn't keep him from being noticed too soon.

Sora giggled and then, light as a feather, mock curtsied. "At your command, your grace!" And, biting back another chuckle she turned and nearly skipped out of the alley. Towards the castle for some... fun!

She kept an eye out for any guards that could recognize her but, considering the size of the place and the number of people, let alone the state the man in the alley had been in, she doubted if her little escapade would be reported any time soon. So instead she enjoyed the sights - the colours of far-away lands and their standards, the different sizes and breeds of horses and the strange looking armor of the Knights who wore them.

For the most part she was ignored - easily mistaken for a young boy, a country-bumpkin - and she had no difficulty passing through the people.

"Well hello there," He said, stepping near her for a proper greeting, "I hope you weren't thinking of visiting without saying hello!

He flashed a crooked grin at her then, shifting his bow so that it sat comfortably against his back.

Catching sight of a familiar face, Sora nearly jumped up and down in excitement. It seemed that Adrian was so caught up in his task that she might be able to sneak up on him... she darted around a cart and slinked through behind the bench that Adrian had claimed. A moment later she pounced, jumping up from behind and wrapping her arms around her fellow thief's shoulders.

"A-hah! I've got you now, you sneaky criminal!" She cried, and then laughed as she hung around his neck. "Did I scare you?" She asked, grinning wildly. "I hope not too terribly.. well, maybe a little terribly, but not too terribly."

Lazy as a cat, Sora hung in place until Adrian moved to force her arms away.

He offered, wondering if the girl were shy or merely cautious. "Or anything else that comes to mind." the Prince added quickly, catching her hand gently and brushing his lips over her knuckles.

"Now that is a proper introduction. Might I ask your name, lady?"

Still grinning silly, Sora happened to glance up and catch sight of yet another brother-thief. Playful as ever, she left go of Adrian to stand up tall and wave to the Duke, teeth still flashing in a wide open smile.

After a wave, she danced her way towards the Duke, enjoying every moment of strange glances. "Oh, hullo, your grace!" She whispered conspiratorially, then giggled. "The Prince insists we all wait to have our fun, but I want to have fun now! Want to play a game?"

Holding her hands behind her back, she looked up expectantly at the Duke while kicking the ground softly with one foot.

She blushes. His kiss on her hand makes her blush more.
"I..I'm Miella.Nice to meet you Mr. Fisher." She sips her coffee to calm down.

x Leaning back, Fisher smiled yet again, this time with a hint of mischief in his green eyes. "It's very nice to meet you, Miella. You have a lovely name. He said softly, lowering his eyelids slightly as the corners of his eyes crinkled with his smile. Waiting a moment for her to swallow her sip, he continued, "May I ask what brings a lovely lady such as yourself to Dayne?"

He was curious. Was she here for the court, as a guest of the Queen's? If so, that was a temptation in and of itself. Even if she were merely here for the celebrations she was still a breath of fresh air. It had been a long time since any new dreamers had made their way to their world. Not many of his guild seemed to mind, but Fisher was all to aware of the effect the lack of dreamers had had on his world.

Of course, those thoughts were for another time; a time when he didn't have a lovely lady before him to entertain.
