Ha, it's still my favorite series!
It's been a bit of a tough couple of months, so I've been lurking a lot. (That and there's only so many backstories for others I can keep straight.)
My iPad isn't really liking the coding changes Gaia did around the site either. Can't use dress up or emoticons on the forums.
(I refuse to put the app on here.)

But it was nice of you to notice! I haven't really been that good about keeping in touch with with friends.

The spiritual successor to Minecraft. It’s a building block exploration game but it’s apparentky going to have a lot more features and an actual storyline. It also looks very pretty.

Haha, I'm sure that, if Skadi comes to visit, appropriate materials will be provided. We don't want to unnecessarily upset anyone, after all. But sure, I'll keep you informed. Tadhg is in a different universe/world than Maze, though I'm still uncertain about the pixies and the sprites. I think they might be in both realms, just to ******** with things. Maze is an elf, Tadhg and people like him are more accurately described as Fae/fey creatures. While Maze might be considered fey by human standards, there is a distinct difference..

I'm still working on a lot of things for these creatures. Part of both Maze and Tadhg's worlds can be found in that one thread Vee and I once booted. Maybe oughta start it anew and pick up where we left off..

I was having some problems with the reply so this was the best I could make it, alas! I don't quite feel right responding for others, so I try to keep reactions from the person I'm writing 'with' to a minimum. It does cramp the response, but I hope to keep it more true to the characters that way.

And of course I remembered the bit about your grandmother! I don't ask these things for no reason! I'm genuinely interested in the character, and the whole point is to interact with them in a meaningful manner based on previously garnered information! Why would I ask about relatives, be given information about said grandmother, and then completely ignore it? I try not to be that rude. Besides, it made for a few extra lines to fill up the fight. 3nodding

If this is information that is known throughout the Fae world then Tadhg would probably know it. I'll use They/Them/Their in the future, as he definitely did not mean to insult the older troll. Grandmother Sundermount sounds like they'd make life far too interesting if word got about that Tadhg was going around doing this sort of thing on purpose. He's probably familiar with them (your grandmother) as he's part of the upper half of the hierarchy, what with being 'in charge' of spring and the handover to summer. He's mainly involved in policing - if that's the term, and I'm not sure it is - one rather expansive piece of land that goes in and out of the Veil and covers a rather large forest, among other things. It's probably strategically important what with the Shade and all..

So, not royalty or at least, not super high up in the succession line royalty if at all. I imagine his rank is either duke or baron, but I can never remember which one's which and so always forget which one's applicable, heh!

To be fair, they might be hilarious to trolls. (First troll: "Remember when I pushed Fritjolf of the cliff?" Second troll, suspicious: "Yeah?" Third troll, while grinning: "Odd's blood, yes, the look on his face!" Sudden feral grin on the first troll's face. "Good." Shove third troll off a cliff. Second troll starts laughing, "HE LOOKED EXACTLY LIKE THAT!" wink

Skadi may simply have been cursed with more sophistication / empathy than your average mountain troll possesses or allows themselves to feel/show. I would be interested, though! So feel free to actually do come up with some funny stories. Bonus points if you show the same story from the human /other race's side as they might suffer from certain side effects. In the previous example, for instance, perhaps rocks as well as a troll fell down onto their village, killing any number of them and wrecking their houses and whatnot.)
