At least there is some comfort in that! I'm not going to lie and say I still don't get sad every once in awhile...because I do. But the grief has kind of changed from what it was before. It's more manageable.

There's not really much I can say to make you feel better...it's just one of those things that all someone can do is be there for you.

I don't shove it down other people's throats but I am super religious so I believe I'll be with him again so it's not as hard on me as it would be. I also sometimes feel he is still taking care of me even though he's gone. Those beliefs really made it easier on me.

Either way, if you need someone to talk to about how you feel, free to hit me up anytime. Everyone goes through grief differently, but I do know how it feels to lose a father. How I felt when my dad died is probably different than how you feel.
