"Everything ends in sadness and pain..."
Does it? That's news to me. I've seen a lot of sadness and pain, but never at the end of anything.
Relationships can and do end in death. But it's only as cold and as hard as you make it. Regardless, "He doesn't like me back, I wanna die" makes ME wanna wretch. I had someone not like me back for quite some time. I kept my feelings as Scriptural as I knew how at the time, and rather than make me beg for death it made me stronger. (The particular Verses were in 1st Corinthians, Chapter 13:4-7.) If you use your hardships to your advantage, to give you strength--very much bringing light out of darkness as the Lord intends--you will only grow.
The thought for the *insert time-frame here* is:
"Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end."
