Most of us worry about our weight at some point in our lives. Eating right and working out helps, but it is important to be educated on the process of weight loss as well. If you want to lose weight, try using decaf coffee. Decaf coffee has fewer calories. Plus, it has antioxidants which are important for your body.

It has been shown that having a small amount of sugar after exercising can actually be beneficial. Taking in sugar with protein immediately after a workout allows your body to quickly take in the protein and spurs recovery.
