Everyone knows that Hollywood is about illusion and glamor. For the charming ladies of Hollywood, much of that illusion comes down to breasts. Boob jobs are what keeps the stars looking sexy, and what transform an average woman into a plastic Barbie doll dream. Plastic is better, it doesn't sag like normal human body parts, it doesn't decay like human flesh does either, and it's much more resistant to heat, as well as having some serious buoyancy advantages. Really with all these positives, it's a wonder that all women and men don't have breast implants. Ah well, until that glorious day arrives I guess we'll just have to live vicariously through these stars.

Katie Price just loves having boob jobs, at last count she was already on boob job number 5. I guess for some people, boob jobs are addictive, like getting tattoos is supposed to be. Katie has gone up and down in size, and at one stage was even planning to auction her implants on Ebay. I guess you really can get almost anything on Ebay these days..

Tara Reid's boob job is really more of an oops job. God knows where this girl went for her plastic surgery, but whoever botched her operations should really be struck off the register. Even with saggy boobs and a stomach that makes her look like a cross between a Sharpei and a burn victim, Tara Reid is still doing FHM photo shoots by the grace of the miracle of Photoshop.
Jenna Jameson
As a porn star, Jenna Jameson pretty much had to get a boob job. Her breasts served her well for years, and until she had her implants removed at the end of her career, she seemed fairly happy with them. In their time, Jenna's breasts were possibly some of the most hard working breasts in the business, and we salute them!
Heidi Montag
Heidi didn't try to hide her boob job, instead she celebrated it, crediting it with giving her more self esteem and saving her from the endless jealousy she felt toward other girls with bigger breasts. This may come as a surprise, but Pammy's breasts aren't entirely real. That's right, they've been augmented through plastic surgery. In fact, it is probably safe to say that a great deal of Pamela Anderson has been augmented through plastic surgery, as evidenced by the fact that she is now barely recognizable when compared to photo shoots from the early 90's.
