Personality:
Rakurai is a very loyal and blunt person. His up bringing lead to him on a path of very devout loyalty to those he has strong ties with.. If you harm anyone he cares about or respects, he will not be content until you are dead. Fortunately he has good control of his anger so his revenge i blind with fury.

On most occasion Rai is a very calm and relax. even tho he does have a tend have a tendency to attack who touches him when he doesn’t notice them. He do have a tendency to read a book hen he is bored or uninereted.

Genkidou :Genkidou is know as death's sparks. These swords when weilded by the owner it covers itself in a strong electrical feild. Thes blades can also absorb electrical or lightning attacks or blast. It can also launch an electrical burst but must recharge after this attack is used.

Style: Rakurai has four fighting styles in that he uses. The first fighting style is the
traditional Suigetsu clan style. This style is called the raging tsunami style. This style is a reliant main consistent on strong blows in rapid chaining. Tsunami style can be done with or without a weapon. The second style is called the single storm cloud style. This style is one of two fighting style every user of Gekidou must learn. The single storm cloud style uses only one blade an keeps it charged so it can shock the opponent on strike. This style use for it high speed. The second style is call blitz. This style is fast with rapid attacks. The final of Rakurai's fighting styles is called wading pool. This style is use on opponents her doesn't take seriously.

Kekkei Genkai: Suigetsu clan Kekei Genkai

Mikon Arashi state:
This ability is an ability the most clan member’s refuse to use. Once activated the user’s spine tattoo spreads across their body and the user’s eyes turn all red with a black animal like slit in them. In this state the user is faster and physically stronger but can’t use any jutsus. The user if attacked in this form will not feel pain until it’s deactivated, at that moment the pain will be felt at five times its intensity. All chakra is sent to the user’s limbs in this state. Once deactivated the user is very drained or passes out, that is why it’s usually use with allies around to help or as a last resort.

Chakra Shock: The user sends chakra into their hands and send a shock into the opponent. Depending on the amount of chakra the user uses and the strength of the opponent, it cause damage ranging from shock damage to where the attack hits to disorientation of the nervous system or muscle paralysis.

2. Liquid armory: Suigetsu clan members can create weapons from water or moisture in the air. The drawback to this ability is that the larger the weapon is the more chakra it takes to make. Advance members in the clan can infuse the water with electrical element chakra.

Muscle blitz: The user shocks themself and covert it into their body's muslce and reflexes energy. this cause thier reaction and movements to double in speed. the length of time this just can be used is based on the chakra amount of the user and if the have an affinity for lightning . with out the right affinty the user's chakra is consumed rapidly

Akuma no yōna shiofuki: After making the correct hand sings the user punches the ground sending a shock wave of scorching hot to rise up towards their open. This jutsu requires a water chakra affinity

Lightning release
Tengoku no hōden: The user sends a blast of lightning from Genkidou toward the clouds in the sky. This blast is use to start a storm that starts a violent thunderstorm which can be used to recharge Genkidou quickly.

Denki ridairekuto: The user uses elctricity to magnitize metalic objects. With this technique the user can redirect projectile weapons with metal away from themself by charging Genkido witth the sam polarity. This technique can't be performed on melee weapons
