Wow, I haven´t updated my journal in the new year yet! A few holidays late, mind you. Well, let´s recap from then:

End of December: Had a crazy Christmas with the family and got a crapload of awesome gifts (even a PSP!). I couldn´t stop playing the PSP no matter what. Went to Puerto Rico to visit family; ALWAYS awesome. Grew better connections with my family by a little bit, makes me feel good.

January: Spent New Year´s at my cousin´s in Puerto Rico and about an hour and a half on the phone with my girlfriend (who kicks serious... shin! Take that, Justin!) Enjoyed the rest of my time over there and then came back. I got bombarded with homework, dealt with a lot of crap, and still have yet to fulfill my Resolution. That´s about it.

February: Life turns into a soap opera as friends turn against each other and their friendships/relationships are tested. Life kind of gets back on track as time dwindles away. Had a crazy party at Dave & Buster´s, and got some walkie-talkie pens after watching my friend get mauled by several large bears and frogs. Got a bunch of pre-birthday presents that were pretty kick-a**, especially (no offense to the other presents, they were awesome) MY NEW CELLPHONE!!! Got a crap load of homework, then took a very enlightening bus ride to the airport, where we took off for MADRID! The rest will be explained in another journal at the end of my trip. I´ll tell you, my birthday was pretty good (besides a few minor details), and I´m happy.

If you were wondering, I´m typing this from my exchange student´s house. His name is Javier, and he´s pretty awesome. I´ll be back in about a week, so you guys over there don´t kill each other until then! I wanna see!

I would like to wrap this up with a late Valentine´s wish of love for my friends (I´m not gay, no matter what they say), my family (they´re right when they say I´m crazy), and my amazing girlfriend, MB (who is so awesome and who I love so much that words cannot explain). May they live out all their days with happiness. No, I´m not writing my will.
