The best convention -ever-
I really should be asleep, we may have school tomorrow. Or may not, depending if the snow continues.
I'm in a Jewish youth group called BBYO. It is propably the most amazing, long lasting experiance ever. There aren't many things that can compare. BBYO is all across america, and split into regions. I'm in the ONR, Ohio Northern Region. We have conventions when all the cities of that region get together for a weekend, and my city hosted Beau Sweetheart.
Saterday night was the big bang of the convention. We ALWAYS have a dance at conventions, but Beau's is different. Right up there with Homecomming and Prom, we go all out with dresses, suits and ties. 7-midnight, hours of some of the best memories.

Do you know court? Prom Queen and King? Freshman-Senior? Beau Sweetheart had that, one court for each city at the convention.
I was completley shocked when my name was called to be on court. Because I have a friend I knew was much more deserving of the place, she has done a lot more for BBYO than I have. (Guys voted for girls, girls voted for guy courts) But let me explain, my brother got a real reputation in BBYO (a good one!), and when I came to be a member, the unanimous reaction was:
There's ANOTHER one?!
And I was sworn in as most loved shorty. So, i know I was voted on to court not because i've done a lot for BBYO, but mainly because the Boy's Chapter adores the fact i'm Zak's little sister, and like to tease me. Basically, I gained over 15 new brothers when i joined <3
BUT, good news is, the guys made a curve and voted on my friend as well. They took out a grade because of it, but she deserved it so much. After that, we were both sitting in our new, "Look at us, we're on court!" seats (the guys got to stand behind us. Whoop!) while we received Sweetheart 2007 purple sashes and beautiful roses. The dancing was too fun, it must have been illegal. I swear it! My favorite part was when someone i knew would come up from nowhere when a slowdance started, and ask me to dance. 3 were three years my senior (Which suprised me immensely), 2 of which were friends of mine and my brother's. The other I knew from past conventions, and he was shorter than most, so it was nice that i didn't feel dwarfed for once. 1 was my age, cousin to the girl I was on court and same grade with. He's pretty awsome, also going by the name Zack. (Spelled different, but said the same~). He counts as one of my 15+ gained brothers, and practices most of the preforming arts. Later on, you could see him twirling around the dance floor with my other friend in ballet steps.

I really do want to write more, but i still need to get my shower and wake up at 7:10 tomorrow morning, now being 11:12PM. If I have no school, I shall continue, Mr/Miss-who-i'm-pretending-is-reading-this.
