Well, guess what..I do have internet connection for now. Turns out that my cousin's place has a broadband connection. stressed blaugh Ah well.

For chinese new year's eve, my cousin's family did a welcoming ceremony of sorts for our dearly departed aunt. We did some spring cleaning in the house and prepared vegetarian dishes for the occassion. After that, my cousin and his sister chanted Buddhist sutras, to dedicate merit to the dead. It's very interesting because I have never seen it before, though my cousin was being playful throughout the whole chanting. I'm pretty sure my aunt won't mind whee

Anyway, got my first ang pow wink My cousin also talked about the virtues of Great Eastern insurance to me. Got me real interested.
