1.You Should exceris from 0:30-1:00 each day to stay heathy
2.You shouldn't watch T.V. and play video games for more than an hour each day because it's not good for your eyes.
3.You should only eat out once a week you you stay fit
4.If your board find something to do that and it shouldn't be T.V. or video games because if you are board you want to eat then you aren't staying fit so if your board read a book or something
5.You should eat 6-11 grains a day to stay in top form
6.You should have 2-3 fruits a day or more.
7.You should have 3-5 vegetables a day.
8.You should eat 2-3 meat or alteratives a day
9.You should also drink or eat 2-3 milk products
10.The last heathy fact is to not use drugs don't drink alcohol and don't use steroids
Now 5 facts for a good self esteem
1.If you want a good self esteem you should hang out with kids that will make you feel better about yourself
2.A good way to kept up it to is to have something that will remind you to have a good self esteem
3.Don't hang out with the people that will put you down on youself because that will give yourself a bad self esteem
4.You can tell yourself that you belive in yourelf.
5.You can also di something you enjoy like acting join the acting club etc....
