You know it's strange. You meet people, you pass people, you forget people...but what happens that's the strangest of all is that you can befriend people without ever actually meeting. The kindness and friendship of the human spirit is without question the most powerful earthly force, especially when it comes to brightening someone's day.

I met people on Gaia, that I never in my wildest dreams thought I would meet, and best of all they are my friends. You see, in the early times, when my account was young, I hated Gaia, because my friends in real life were happy and content with it, because they had lots and lots of people to talk to...because they had befriended people.

But then I made a friend, my first friend on Gaia, and I couldn't believe that something I loathed so much would bring me something that I am so thankful for. And then, I made another friend, and this friend brought on another friend. Soon I was just like my friends in real life, I had something to look forward to on Gaia everyday. I no longer loathed it, I loved it, and I love it still...because recently, I made yet another friend.

I think that something that can bring you friendship, especially friendship that you never knew would come, should be treasured, not loathed, and I know that now.

Thank you everyone, CyKa, PFC, Hyn, Cherrie, Kryssie...you taught me that you can never judge something by the first impressions. I'll always be on Gaia, no matter what happens, and I'll always be able to lend a kind ear and a helping hand. cry
