Today my loving and caring mum tells me about her friend's son, a guy of 17, who's doing some (simply) IT work and earns over 1.5 times my pay. ``So you know, Matthew, your pay is surprisingly low and there's seemingly something wrong with yer work.'' (that's how i got the intended meaning of her speech).
Um, my loving and caring mum, do i need to remind you WHO THE HELL CAUSED ME NOT TO HAVE ANY COMPUTER, AND -- EVEN WORSE -- NO INTERNET when i was 17? And before, and after, as long as you were able to controll it?
My loving and caring mum, who decided that it's important me not to have a computer (waste of time) nor internet (even bigger waste of time), that it's better this way for my study and future work?
When the fsck was i supposed to learn stuff i need at work? Gather real experience?
